A shame the pool renovations had overrun so the larger area wasn’t available, can imagine it will be great when that’s finished.

Enough options at breakfast for a vegetarian, very comfy bed and nice lobby to hang out in. Good to be away from the main drag too.

The bathroom ceiling had a leak, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly...the rooms need modernising....the plastic had been rubbed off the headboard...the whole place needs a little TLC.

Beds too hard made it bad for sleeping! Food, well brekkie had everything you could want, but any other food, was mediocre international hotel, lots of variety admittedly, salad and cold food all you could need but the hot food selection was cool at best. Desserts plenty of choice. For an all inclusive hotel the entertainment isn't so good, kids club not much on (as other AI hotels we've visited in past). Hotel due have a small pay for games room with pool table and table tennis, indoor pool was great cos still too cold for outdoor pool being beginning of season, Easter.

Beds quite hard and uncomfortable. Hotel a bit dated. No outdoor pool , when we asked about it we were told it won't be ready till end of May .

If there was a downside it was the condition of the headboard. Unfortunately this wasn’t in a good condition and was flaking off, obviously this got on us and into the bed. We also found the safe very difficult to use, although to be fair, that could have just been user error, we are not too technologically minded. Our room number was 305

The location was superb, we had booked a night at Benidorm Palace, so your hotel was fantastically located. The staff were very professional and helpful, always happy to help and welcome you. The breakfast was very nicely laid out, a good variety of food and it was lovely to be able to choose a cooked option too (omelette). Room was very clean.

The beds are rock hard !!! Also it is up a bit of a hill so for someone with mobility issues it can be tiring walking up … other than that all good

1 or 2 items in our room which needed attention, the bathroom door was sticking to the floor and you couldn't open it properly, also the headboard damaged and needs replacing

Room in need of upgrades.

It’s location, 5 minutes walk to Benidorm Palace. the public areas were lovely, our room was a little tired, needed some upgrades. Basic but comfy beds and nice hot shower. And secure car park.

There were ants in our bathroom (room 311). The air conditioner was turned off so we had to open our balcony door, unfortunately we were right over the outside patio seats and the music went on well past midnight; therefore having to close our door and be hot and uncomfortable.

The hotel was located in a great location, super easy to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The staff was fantastic, friendly and very helpful at all hours. I enjoyed the bar and outside seating area off the main lobby.

The outdoor pool was closed so we went to the indoor pool but didn't stay long as there was black mold all along the floor. The room doesn't have an iron and ironing board so put some clothes into the laundry service for ironing and got a call two hours before we were due to go out to say they wouldn't be able to iron the items so they returned them to us undone. Wanted to try a spa treatment during our stay but everytime I went to book in the door was closed with a sign saying in treatments so never got to book

The hotel reception is very nice, bar staff were very friendly. Location was great for Benidorm Palace

The room and bathroom were in need of refurbishment. It is very dated to have a shower above the bath. Lots of bits had been touched up badly. However, as we were only staying one night it did not bother us.

The breakfast was excellent with a vast choice.w We had a swim in the indoor pool which was very pleasant.

The hotel was a bit dated . The bedroom was dated . Not a lot of lifts for the hotel .spent more time waiting on lifts

We couldn't get the safe or the AC to work but in fairness we didn't report it as we didn't have time to wait in the room for either issues to be resolved, which I'm sure they would have been.

The location is great being walking distance to both the beach and Benidorm Palace. The staff were all very friendly and it was a lovely surprise to receive a complimentary bottle of Fizzy and a cake for my Birthday! This is the 4th time I've stayed here and it is always very pleasant.
