Shower fitting was incorrect, not possible to stand under water whichever way it was pkaced

To be really picky, our room was a little small, we paid for a deluxe see view room and from the photographs on the website I expected more of a view and maybe a bigger room as it felt quite cramped. This is our personal preference though and that is me picking for a fault as it was a beautiful hotel.

We loved the reception area, so pretty and the pool and gym facilities were great. Plus the location was spot on and the staff were incredible helpful!!

The car park wasn't easy to get into and madness to get out. Also I would liked to be notified that there was some construction work which was very noisy.

The shower leaked from the door onto the bathroom floor and the drain for the water was a bit slow so the shower floor filled with water quick quickly

Check-in was slow...... not sure what they have to do on the computer but, it seemed a long process - glad it wasn't busy. Room was noisy. I think we must have been near a cleaner's station or something. The room was "clean enough". Bedding was spotless but floor could have been cleaner.....especially if you had bare feet. Bathroom was clean but starting to look a little tired. Asked for a double bed but got two beds pushed together.....NOT the same thing! Robes and slippers would have been nice....the slippers would have overcome the not so clean floor. I guess you are paying mainly for the location.

Service very poor, not enough staff. We were told it was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite but there was only one bathroom.

Lovely hotel with pleasant atmosphere. Staff were all extremely helpful. Didn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel but had a lovely salad in the bar.

There is construction works ongoing at the moment just outside our balcony. This impacted sitting out reading a book during the day or even leaving the balcony door opened to listen to the sea. All we could hear until 6pm each evening is the constant beeping of the mobile lift going up and down ALL day......got really annoying 😑

We stayed in a Premium King Room with a Seaview. The view was amazing. Room very comfortable. The bed was a bit hard the 1st night, but I asked if a mattress topper could be provided and we had it for our 4 remaining nights.....slept very comfortably 😀 Excellent Breakfast provided....Great choice of all foods, and the breakfast room had beautiful views out to sea.....Fabulous way to start the day

Very difficult to find your way around that hotel., lack of clear signage. The shower screen was very small so water all over the bathroom floor

The hotel failed to clean our room after our first night. Despite the fact I called the front desk, who assured me it would be done.

Centralized aircon/heating. It was 27 degrees and there was no air conditioning in the room, only heating or off. You could have use of a fan, but that would just blow warm air around the room. It was very hot and stuffy which affected my sleep. I couldn't sleep with the window/door open due to the noise from outside. The curtain in my room also didn't close fully and the gap let in light directly onto my pillow. The internal connecting doors are very thin meaning you can hear everything. As a solo female traveler this left me feeling uncomfortable when sleeping alone at night.

Great location, big comfy beds and lovely facilities downstairs - the bars and pools and spa were all really good. I liked the breakfast, there was a huge selection and a beautiful view out to see.

For the money, not meeting expectations . Loudly next door room, welcome bedroom was already a dirty cup of coffee, just one robe for 2 people.. spa was to pay separately and it does not belong to this hotel and swimming pool is just outside and not warm at all…very disappointing.

Many building noises (visited march 2024). There're little inneficiencies in the bathroom such as a tiny glass screen in the shower so the whole bathroomfloor will be wet after showering or the long supporting handle next to the toilet for constantly tripping over. I didn't make a complaint about that since it is just build that way. We had a room at The Level.
