It would be nice to have additional toiletries, in specific shower cap, vanity kit etc. Lighting in our junior suite was poor. Also, changeover staff should ensure TV is set back to default settings for next occupant.

One thing that I always wish hotels would do is provide proper mugs for coffee at breakfast and in the hotel rooms. I hate cups and saucers and especially tiny cups that you can hardly get any coffee in - otherwise the coffee is always too strong. But it's a tiny detail in an otherwise lovely hotel.

Everything, lovely hotel, fabulous staff made us feel very welcome, super buffet breakfast and good selection for our evening meal. Really huge comfy bed and beautiful room with massive shady balcony. Peaceful surroundings and beautiful gardens. The pool was well maintained and clean and always plenty of sun loungers. We very much enjoyed the pianist playing during breakfast Friday.

The only thing that we had an issue with was the number of children at the hotel when we stayed, and the fact that this made the outdoor swimming pool practically unusable for adults a lot of time during the day.

Hotel location was great, with easy access to the town centre on foot, and also nearby beaches. Hotel has lovely grounds, and gardens surrounding it. Our room (premium) was very nice, spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent also. Staff were very friendly and helpful we found.

Rooms a bit outdated and very plain. Restaurant quite busy in the morning, and difficult to get sunbeds (people ‘reserved’ the sunbeds without really using them).

The pool area. The large balconys. Friendly staff. Especially Paula who helped us to another room, which impacted our experience highly in a good way. Loved sitting on that balcony. Charming place.

It was hard to get a dumbed round the pool, often towels were left on beds and clearly they were not being used, this was a bit frustrating as it was busy time of year, in the end we sat in the pretty gardens by our room which was fine as we didn’t have young children

The hotel is located in a residential / party area, cca 10 minutes from the beaches and 15 mins walk from the marina.

Everything about the hotel and the personnel was amazing. The buildings and the garden are lovely and well maintained, the pools are pleasant and there is also a small playground, very much appreciated by our baby. The staff is amazing too, kind and very accomodating. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good too.

Beautiful hotel in stunning grounds full of flora and fauna. Facilities were fantastic and it was quiet. Perfect for our break with our 5 year old. 10 min walk to a beautiful beach. Staff were nothing but lovely. Apartment was so comfy and clean.
