The Manager and staff were exceptional. The location excellent and central. 5 mins walk to a gorgeous cove. Near to restaurants and bars. I'd love to come back.

Only criticism I’ve got is that it didn’t have a kettle in the room, would have loved to have a coffee sat on our balcony overlooking the lovely square

I’d have personally preferred tea/coffee making facilities in the room - however, the hotels restaurant/cafe provided takeaway drinks so this is not a show stopper (just a personal preference).

The location is perfect. Staff attentative. Rooms large enough and extra space with a balcony equipped with tables and chairs.

Finding the hotel and parking was an adventure- like a petrol version of The Crystal Maze. Excellent parking facilities underground with private, direct access to the hotel

Perfect location for town centre and local beaches. The weather was ideal so used the roof-top pool area which was ideal to cool off in. Very clean and modern hotel, staff really helpful and Nerja was lovely for a couple of days before heading North into the mountians. Lots of local restaurants, supermarket and Balcon within 2 minutes walk. Excellent value.

For the nightly cost it was good value and bedrooms were cleaned regularly. Good service...

Service at breakfast was not great. Alot of waiting and went elsewhere as a result a few mornings...Breakfast was not included.

It was almost perfect but in the evening I ordered food in the hotel cafe and waited 30 mins before being told nothing was coming, very disappointing in what is otherwise a nice hotel

Noise in the hotel. People returning to rooms slamming doors or up early with kids talking at a normal tone. Not the hotel staff themselves who were very nice. People just need to be more considerate.

Pool area is lovely and the food in the cafe is nice. Very nice coffee.

Nothing we loved our stay.

Great location in Plaza de España and very close to Plaza Balcón de Europa. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were a real sun trap and great place to chill out after exploring the town. The rooms were basic but really clean and the balcony was nice to sit out and over look the main square below.

Very central location. Comfortable room. Easy check-in. First class roof terrace with plenty of sunbeds, swimming pool, spa tub, and great views. Only 200mtrs from Balon de Europa.

Loved everything about this hotel location, spotless, wonderful staff, roof top pool, lovely bar area to relax with a coffee & the breakfast was just great. Well done mena plaza I would tell friends & family to stay here & I myself will be back ❤️

Excellent priced very comfortable rooms with little terrace looking over back courtyard or the square. Staff really friendly. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a buffet style with large selection. Or you can opt for continental. Next to lots of restaurants and balcon of Europe. We would stay here again.
