The location was fabulous and all the staff (on the desk and at breakfast were so helpful and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely and clean and the beds very comfortable We really enjoyed our holiday - thank you.

The room had a nice setup that maximized space without feeling cramped. It had 2 twin beds connected and a sleeper sofa in an adjacent space. The beds were comfortable and the closet door had a full length mirror, which is a bonus. The bathroom had good lighting.

. Our only issue was outside the control of the hotel - noise from works in the street during the night..

The reception staff were all very welcoming and helpful, booking taxis, giving directions and making recommendations which was a big help to non Spanish speakers. Our room was most attractive and like the whole hotel, immaculate. The location is ideal.

A beautiful hotel with every need catered for. I felt pampered with the comfortable bed spacious room and wonderful shower. The staff were lovely. In a very convenient location close to the old city and not far from Prado museum, Atocha station and the Cibeles fountain where the airport buses leave from. The hotel was in the middle of everything but was very quiet for sleeping.

Kettle provided. The kitchen staff helped to heat my food as I couldn’t eat breakfast due to limited halal options. The location is really convenient as it is less than 3 minutes walking to Opera station. The receptionist was helpful enough to keep our bag although we have checked out! Highly recommended guys.

First of all, the location can't be any better, you will be so close to the main landmarks, 5 minute walks. Also you have the train station half a block. Regarding the hotel, just what you need when you are visiting Madrid, friendly and helpful staff, the amenities where comfortable and clean. Very recommended

I arrived at 3am due to flight delays and the hotel was ready and awaiting to welcome me and my room was ready and waiting. Location was excellent to getting to the old town historical quarter -within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating

Things were great except for (1) Fridge inside the closet which had heat build up, and (2) somewhat compact bathroom/sink area (for me, it was ok, but for big sized adult people, it could be a bit tight?)

The only complaint, was that the room was a little small for 2 people. We have stayed here before and our rooms have always been larger. I realize that all the rooms are different, but it was a little tight.

The hotel is in a great location by the Opera House and Palace. It is easy to get from here by metro to the airport or museums. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.

Felt like some of the fixtures and hardware need a little updating.

Comfortable and quiet. It's right next to Teatro Real and the Opera Plaza, so if you are going to a show, you can't get any closer than this! It's also located close to the nearest metro and Malasaña neighborhood. Also, the wallpaper! SO beautiful!
