Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as per my preference. There is also no aircon, however a fan is provided. We were so hot that we asked for another fan which the lovely staff did provide. We did also have to sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh air.
Lovely staff and a great location close to many cafes, restuarants and shops.

Some rooms didn’t have good fans, and beds were not the most comfortable.
Perfect location, very clean, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

No aircon though the fan worked well to keep us cool enough at night, however it became extremely hot in the bathroom when showering. Only one powerpoint in the room on one side of the bed.
In a great spot close to the bus stop, main street and beach all in walking distance. The beds were comfortable and it was great having a balcony to sit out on.

Obviously you get what you pay for and the facilities were very basic but we were expecting this so cannot complain

We knew air con wasn't available but it's something the hotel might want to think about installing, I'd pay a bit extra for the comfort.
Expected an internal room with no view but got a room with a balcony. Bathroom was a bit tight but manageable. Shower pressure could have been better but it did the job

1) Very poor shower:water was hardly coming of it, just drops. 2)The cleaning personal forgot to leave shampoo/shower gel starting from the 2nd day om my stay. As a solution had to buy my own. 3)Very uncomfortable bed, experoenced pain in all my body after sleeping on it.
Very friendly reception, we were able to sattle even earlier than check-in time. Location I as amazing :)

Being at the front, the roadside cafe was noisy until late, so you couldn’t really leave the balcony door open to let the fresh air in. I used earplugs which helped. Otherwise it was all good!
My corner room had 2 balconies and the hotel is only 750m from the beach and close to cafes, supermarket, shops and there is a laundromat just behind the hotel. It’s very close to the bus depot as well.

Great value for money, nice room and cleaned every day, staff very friendly, in a good location and neighbourhood. Great terrace outside and good bar which has lots of friendly staff and locals and a great chicken and chips deal - I'd recommend it

It's as simple as you'd expect for a budget hotel. The toilet seat was broken off from the toilet, there was only a single plug socket in the room above the bed, and the bed wasn't ideal, but it was perfectly clean and convenient. I'd still stay again.
Location and staff. It had a neat setup with a bar/restaurant downstairs that was very convenient. (and wasn't overly loud or disturbing, which was one of my initial concerns!)

Great location , just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches, near supermarkets bar s restaurants and the town, a great family run hotel very nice and friendly and the hotel has great character
