One of the room cards didn’t work for one day, and there were problems with the lights, also there was one member of the staff that wasn’t that nice, the rest were really sweet. Finding Parking nearby is really difficult.

The shower had probelms. The water was either too cold or hot. Something needs to be fixed for sure.

It was a bit tricky to communicate via the booking app as it seems that the staff lack English competence and are not very responsive. However, everything went well and I did not have any problems at the check-in once I arrived. I wish to wardrobe had some hangers as well cause it didn't.

The room is simple, clean and reasonably spacious. It is located close to a metro station and, hence, it is easy to reach the centre of Bilbao.

I was thrilled to find a small fridge, microwave and 2 burner stove but absolutely no utensils, plates or cookware. For a longer stay I would have been happy to buy some, but for less than a week, it wasn’t really worth it.

Nice facility, super clean, very comfortable bed. It’s located about 1/2 hour walk from the central part of town, 45 minutes from the Guggenheim Museum. Basic grocery shopping and ATMs close by.

The gym equipment could be improved, and one night the guests next door sat outside talking until 3 am, which disturbed the sleep a little. Apart from that, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. Check-in around 21:30 was quick and easy. The room was a good size and came equipped with a microwave, fridge, and hotplate. The shower worked well, the bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed having a balcony to sit outside. Public transport was convenient too, with a bus passing nearby and the metro not too far away.

Pillow was a challenge, but I survived. A long log, folding X four provided some height, but I wrestled it alnight A minor issue.

Simple yet perfect. Compact living space with kitchen and bathroom. Freedom to travel is the best part about this accommodation is location. This keenly priced room has all transport services within minutes.... And the barik card makes all travel easy. Nice to be in non-tourist neighbourhood. Good supermarket and local food and drink. Escalator / lift brought me to great burger bar DJE. 5⭐

If I'm being really fussy perhaps more food options within the building after a certain time, but I'm now struggling to find what I did not like

The location of Micampus Bilbao was really good you have a metro that's close and takes you central and there's bus a couple of bus stops close as well. Also there's a supermarket around the corner if you fancy a cheap nights dinner.

It was a little noisy as my room was over the entrance. Didn't really fix the problem with the toilet - ended up figuring out myself.

The room was spacious and cool - nice to have a kitchen - though a bit of basic cutlery would have been appreciated. Comfy bed and close to metro station and would stay here again.

The gym that the place offers is far from ideal, maybe for someone that has never lifted could work, but its a very small room with equipment of dubious quality

The check in experience was a bit difficult, very slow and my first room wasn't cleaned. Seemed like someone very new on reception on his own. No place to get boiling water in the whole building, and no hairdryer (maybe they could have a few at reception to borrow)

Excellent value for money. The location is in a residential area but only 2 metro stops or a short bus ride from the centre. The place is quiet. We booked a room for 2 but they gave us 2 single rooms, which was better for us. Really comfortable bed, a fridge, all very clean.

There was a kitchen, but no utensils: no plates, spoons or forks, no saucepan. In the wardrobe there were no hangers. In the bathroom there was no shower gel or even soap. There was no fan. The coffee machine downstairs was out of order and there were no cafeterias in the neighborhood that would open before 10:00.

Nice room, comfortable bed and even a desk with a lamp. 1 minute walk from a bus station. 8 minute walk from a metro station. Reasonable price.

Air conditioning seemed not to be working, but that could be my inability to read instructions in Spainsh! Everything else was A1.

Really affordable and really informal, so you can come and go as you please. No frills, but really great value for the money you pay. I love that!

- First, my room card was not working and it took several attempts to make it work. Inconvenient, but can happen. - However, in the morning I was woken up by the cleaning ladies that on top of waking me up by knocking, didn't even wait until I open the door and simply WALKED INTO MY ROOM while I was there. Completely unacceptable!

The room was clean but very basic. However, there was no soap in the toilet, no room cleaning if you stayed less than 7 days, no TV in the room.

Good location in a very nice residential area, close to public transport (buses, metro). Clean, basic, small room but good value for money. The complex has a laundry room and entertainment room (big TV, ping-pong table, etc.).

Location a tad far from the centre (and up a hill), but there is a metro stop nearby that goes to the centre.

It was fine, did the job - clean and quiet student accommodation. There is a laundry room you can use (for a fee) and also a small gym.
