An issue of a sewer smell in the ensuite bathroom which SweetInn did send a technician to check upon however it did not leave during our stay. Remedied by having to keep window open and bathroom door closed at all times so we slept OK then at night.

Excellent communication and what's app queries/directions. Very quick to reply to any queries. Great location in safe area with supermarket and metro stop around the corner. Apartment had all essential equipment including hand-wash and shower gel etc which was great. Quiet location.

The place feels like homey away from home. The location is accessible and walking distance to shopping mall. They assisted us all throughout our stay. It only took few days and refunded the deposit.

The microwave wasn´t clean (it had a dirty papel towel inside and stains of spilled coffee). In the morning of the 26th, around 5am, some random guy was making a video in the hallway of our floor, this was very suspiscious and scary.

The location wasn't ideal for us but only because it was a late booking when our other booking cancelled. The location is fine if you are fairly fit and able. The apartment claimed to have a terrace but this isn't an outside area, it is enclosed and isn't very aesthetically pleasing. The apartment is also very dark with few windows but this did keep it cool.

The apartment was clean, quiet, had everything we needed during the stay and it was a good price. The air conditioning was a bonus.

Check-in didn't go smoothly. Despite prior arrangement by message the person with the key wasn't there. We had to go to the office in order to fetch the key. Another family was stranded at 10 pm after arriving from the airport and didn't know how to get into their apartment. There are obviously communication problems despite them having their own app with chat function where they promise an answer within few minutes. That never happened. The house is in a neighbourhood with quite a lot of traffic and the windows being antique didn't keep the noise out. Quite a nuisance. Expensive for what the place offers.

Elegant Apartment in the Eixample district about 15 minutes walk to Plaça Catalunya and not too far from the subway. Nicely furnished and with all necessary amenities. Moderately sized rooms

We could not find out how the A/C works. But we could have asked, there was always someone to attend us. The windows in the balcony (a very nice balcony) were closed so we could not open them. So we could not have much of fresh air.

Good reception services - 24h service a few feet from the appartment. They contacted us when they wanted to clean the appartment. They gave us an extra blanket when we wanted. The only thing was I needed to spent some time calling the Sweet Inn infoline to get the information about what I should do at arrival, because I only completed their online check-in shortly before coming. But then everything worked perfectly. The place and the appartment were very nice, bedrooms less spacious, but sufficient.

the property is very well located. 10 minutes from passeig de Gracia. supermarket, metro, parking are around the corner The staff is very nice, welcoming, smiling. A key was not working they fixed it right away. the property is exactly as described on booking.com

Kitchen sink was blocked when we arrived and it took long time for water to go down after each use. Also dishwasher had some broken parts inside but it was working fine. No other complaints :)

prior our arrival, check-in instructions were sent to me via Whatsapp. Everything was easy to follow. Apartment is located 20 min taxi drive from the airport. It is situated only 250 meters from metro station - Girona. This was very handy as yellow line takes you directly to the beach. Overall location is very good. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Great Tapas bar just two min walk - 'Boro', highly recommended. Our apartment was very spacious. Two double beds and two sofas. Sofas were a bit uncomfortable to sleep but we didn't have to use it. Top marks for location as the apartment is situated within walking distance to Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera. also metro is very close. Kitchen is well equipped. we were cooking breakfast each day so this was very handy. Property offices are located two doors down the same street. this is where you can leave your luggage. Very handy

Not great if you have a pram it wouldn’t fit in the elevator or front door so it was annoying having to dismantle every time , water temperature was also not very hot warm enough. But overall great stay and would definitely come back without a pram 😅

Difficult accommodation! We were not warned that it was necessary to make an online reservation on their platform, attaching the guests ID cards and to complete all payments. Without these actions you do not have access to the apartment !! We arrived late at night and spent hours in front of a locked door of the building until we proved in long phone conversations that we had fulfilled everything they wanted to accommodate us.

Comfortable beautiful apartment, good location. We were nine adults and we all felt great. The apartment has everything you need for a good holiday.
