I thought it wrong to charge for extra tea and coffee in the room. I have never done this in my life whilst travelling the world.

Great location, very clean hotel and friendly staff. Pool area clean. Pool bar and main bar very good.

Charging for milk in room and safe , charge for towels . Dining room . The coffee and hot water in different places. Tables rarely made up with cutlery had to keep asking staff. I know these may sound very picky but in a good 4 star hotel these are all part of the deal as I paid extra for an upgraded room which in hindsight was a huge mistake .

That’s a tough one. I guess a proper coffee machine in the room would be nice, especially as only one coffee machine was working at breakfast….. and I don’t really start functioning until I am 2 espressos down.

Excellent location. We have stayed here before. Same guy on reception - Jose, what a star that guy is and not a small factor in choosing this hotel in Mijas. Suite was spacious, great view and clean and comfortable. Breakfast scored a solid 9 out 0f 10.

No balcony to sit out on at Night in the room allocated, which in Summer months could sway a decision to stay, our stay being March 2024 it's a bit on the cool side to sit out so wasn't really an issue for this stay

Veiw from the Pool Terrace was outstanding. Some excellent paintings Don the wall and your tempted to explore the hall ways to veiw them, Bar is pleasent with great veiws at night down to Fuengirola

Reception was friendly and helpful. The hotel spacious with a lovely charm about it. Hotel was built as a hotel but it looked like it could have been a Cloister, marbled floors and wooden doors. Beds were comfy and made daily. Plenty of hot water for showers. We didn’t use pool as we went out every day. Location great with bus stop out. Restaurant and mini supermarket just up road. Fantastic massage in there friendly spa, which you book and pay for in advance.

Room needs renovation, toilet is to low, door to room was hard to open and close and pillows hard as rocks. Would also be nice to have duvet's on beds instead of all the single sheets.

Hotell building is very nice and all the common areas are very nice.

We booked this hotel, because of the opportunity to charge our electric car. But when we arrived, they told us, that the charging station was moved, so not available. This was a shock for us, because the hotel is up the hill and there is not another place to charge nearby. The next morning we've spend a lot of time, to find a charging point and it was stressfull. They allowed us to charge in the garage, but that is to big of a risk, in case of fire. The plug get's to warm, so that's not a solution. Shame, because the rest of the hotel is fine. But be honest in your information about facilities.

The locatie is beautiful, good breakfast, beds and room. The view from the restaurant in the morning, during breakfast, is specteculair!

We could hear every noise from the corridor. Anyone walking past echos through the halls. Plus, having to pay extra to park in the carpark was slightly disappointing, it should be included

Only stayed two nights , one before our holiday in Andalusia and one after. Only a short drive from malaga airport . However we had a lovely stay. Really comfortable bed with all amenities needed. Parking too. The staff were kind and helpful Great central position.

The building is tired with water damaged ceilings in the bar area, decor is a little tired. The beds and pillows were very hard. No soundproofing in any of the rooms and balconies easily overlooked by adjacent occupants.

The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Mijas. The rooms are adequate. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Staff very attentive and welcoming.
