Some rooms are close to the avenue, and sometimes you can hear the traffic (not too noisy), but for people more sensitive, it can be a problem.

Hotel has a great service, rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good! The rooms are clean and the propriety (where the hotel is located) if big, lots of gardens, very pleasant stay.

we have our dinner in the restaurant. the food was good but it wasn't clearly explained to us of what or which drinks are included as part of a compliment and included in our meal charges, Our target was to have the main dinner plus drink for 22eu as per menu or 25eu. but we ended up paying extra because the choices of drinks we had are not included.

the place itself, accessibility to bus and other means of transportations, good choices for breakfast, our room is very nice, enough space for 3 person with terrace. toilet/shower is clean.

The bed in the room was ok, it didn't look good at first but we slept well. The bedside tables are attached to the wall and cannot be moved closer to the bed, which is a drawback. But I'll say it again, I slept well and the room was clean and comfortable

Cleanliness in this hotel is 100% the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and smiling. The location is certainly a bit out of the center, but it is close to bus 22 and it runs regularly and doesn't cost too much. A certain advantage of not being centrally located. The breakfast is very very good and always plenty of choice and variety.

The sound isolation of the entrance door is poor. Therefore the outside noise gets to you almost like the door is open. This happend to my room I cannot tell if all have the same problem

Very good 3 star hotel. Cosy, clean with attention to details. Very good breakfast, above a usual 3 star hotel. Heating system works in good conditions so you will have the temperature you need. Has also underground parking, I do not know if is free or payable, I parked on street.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of use at the time of our visit. It would have been nice had the hotel informed us before hand so we could have adjusted our plans! Also there was no tea making facilities in the room.

Breakfast was ok with good choice. Location was out of city, but had excellent bus connections.

The only downside was the food. We had breakfast twice out of the 7 days because it was just say warm and sometimes cold. The first night we ordered pizza and fries but again, it was cold and not the best. But everything else was good.

The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. There's a beach just a few minute walk and there are bus stops nearby too. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Bright and airy .. some rooms-overlook small pool (and even in winter) on a balcony the tall trees are nice; an urban area but 5 mins walk to (a not sandy) beach.. craggy coastal unlike the city area but offers a good walk, as on the ocean.

It is not a place for quietness: noise come from all sides. The balcony above the courtyard is also above the restaurant terrace, you can hear the voices of people in the next room, and since the room door is directly from a balcony, there is no noise insulation between your bed and the street.... and it is a noisy street! Cars and motorbikes drive fast and late at night. If you stay there, definitely ask for a room on the side street! (but you'll still have the neighbours and the inner yard...) Also the room is furnished with strict minimum, I can't imagine a long stay as I don't know where you'd put your clothes and stuff (5 hangers, no drawers, etc). In our case, there was a water damage on the wall of the bedroom (from the shower on the other side). It had not been repaired, with paint peeling off and therefore possibly mold. I don't know even why we were given such a room...This is below par, even in a 3* establishment. Breakfast was disappointing, there was choice but everything felt like rewarmed yesterday's news (it was sunday morning). Overall, the place has potential but the experience was disappointing. We made a very late booking and therefore paid less than the full rate and we got the discounted experience too ;)

The hotel is easy to access and is a low-rise 2-level building with rooms around a pool-yard. There is a garage although a parking space was free right at the street corner when we arrived, so we did not use the hotel parking. There is access to the seafront down the street but it's not a beach, rather a no-man's land with nice views over Alicante across the bay. Fine to walk your dog, but no romantic beach walk. Pet friendly (+15e/night in nov23) The room we had matched the picture.

Although there was a great choice, the cooked English breakfast was usually cold. We did discover there was a microwave on day 4 and so we heated up our breakfast after that. We had dinner one night, but again, it was cold. We thought it was over priced and we waited a long time for it to come to the table.

The hotel is on a direct bus route into Alicante and Playa de San Juan with regular buses for a reasonable €1.45 single fare. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Playa de Albufereta beach. The room was bright, spacious and had a fantastic shower, also there was a mini fridge which was handy for drinks, as there was no bar service during the day time. We took our own kettle but a previous review said you could get one from reception. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast room was in a sunny spot overlooking the pool. There was a good choice of continental breakfast, great coffee, juices, cold meats, cheese, pastries, fruit and even cava. Overall we are very happy with our week long stay and we think it was good value for money.

I didn't like the housekeeping the way she clean as she use too much bleach. Even in the evening the smell isn't subside which annoying to my nose and I even taste it.

I like the room with own balcony, the room is good enough for 2 guests. The bed is fine on my 1st day but a wee sore on my 2nd day but over all is fine.

No bar service during the day Monday to Friday…. The rooms although clean & spacious lacked shelves, drawers & hangers, as a couple on a two week holiday there was a lack of space for all our belongings… apart from at breakfast there was no access to tea & coffee facilities….

It’s in an excellent location, a frequent bus service to the city & the beach… staff were excellent, so polite, friendly & able to help us with any questions… the hotel was clean & tidy, the rooms were comfortable with a good size balcony, safe & a mini fridge…. Breakfast was great, the tortilla was especially delicious & the Prosecco was a lovely touch the restaurant staff were especially lovely…. Pool was fabulous (if a little chilly) & there were plenty of loungers & umbrellas…
