All staff were excellent - special mention is Kieran who was just great! We had a great view from the balcony of the Easter procession; a real privilege. You can have the full (included) breakfast in the room at no extra charge. Very convenient when you have a toddler who gets bored easily. The hotel is located in the old part of town up the hill and very close to the cathedral and castle.

Although the room was furnished to a high standard and quality I would have preferred a little more minimal and modern decor and a walk in shower in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly and informative. Complimentary transfer. Welcome drink. Sweet treat in your room after dinner. Lovely little touches. The room was immaculate and lovely and the location fantastic. The breakfast was so good .... gorgeous fresh fruit, great pastries and eggs, nothing was too much trouble. And the driver that took us to the airport was so happy to tell us interesting facts about Ibiza ! I would liked to have stayed longer.

We were thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the hotel and its service.

The quality of the service provided in the hotel was exemplary - nothing was too much trouble and the high standards permeated throughout the hotel. Breakfasts from the a la carte menu were a really special treat.

The standard rooms are small (though the bathroom is big). It doesn't matter. You don't need to stay in it, because you are in Ibiza.

This is a fantastic property with not too many rooms, excellent service, attention to detail, and unbeatable location - close to everything but yet quiet and giving you a somehow secluded feeling. The staff is fabulous. This is possibly the best place to stay in the island, and at this point, we almost know all of them.

Hotel Restaurant prices are excessively high compared to other fancy restaurants (even those with a gorgeous view of the ocean) in Ibiza town. The impression was that they rather not serve dinner. Caveat: the stones that form the surface of the beautiful but quite steep streets that lead from the hotel are extremely slippery, also when dry.

Beautiful and fabulous hotel in an interesting part of the city. Great breakfast!

As others have mentioned, the pool is small (but not as small as I was expecting, and in fact the swimming area is quite lovely and rarely occupied). The hotel is quite pricey; look at the offers on their website for good deals.

If you want to experience true excellence, stay here. We were a couple staying for two nights for my birthday. The hotel was beautiful and perfectly maintained. The rooms were clean and very well-appointed, with 3 balconies and a huge bathroom and jacuzzi (we stayed in a Superior double). The service at the hotel was impeccable: the transportation from the airport to the hotel seamless and they provided us a very late lunch on the terrace (the food was absolutely delicious). They answered every request for my birthday, including a huge breakfast with a sparkler (the breakfast is delicious). Each day they left a small treat for us in the room. The surrounding areas around the hotel are gorgeous, with stunning vistas and beautiful walks around the fortress walls and up to the cathedral. It is quiet and private, unlike any other area in Ibiza. All the taxis we took brought us right back up to the front door of the hotel (I've seen other reviews suggesting it's difficult for cars to get to, which was not our experience). All in all, it was a spectacular stay.

Located in the heart of the Dalt Vila with some excellent shops and restaurants a short walk away. The shuttle to and from the airport is an excellent service and the staff were excellent throughout. The inclusive breakfast was fantastic.

Lack of amenities, especially the pool, which is continuously in full shade, (including the sun loungers). I also wouldn't expect a sachet of Kellogg's muesli to form part of a breakfast in a hotel of this rating. In my opinion this is far from a 5-star hotel.

Lovely staff: friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Everything was great, although next time I would probably ask for a room with a view.

breakfast was continental, fresh and well presented. A la carte not buffet. Very clean. Wonderful little 'surprise' treat waiting for us in the fridge each day. The staff were exceptional. Everyone, from the gentleman who picked us up from the airport, to the front desk to the ladies who served breakfast.

Really nice staff with great attention to detail. Rooms were really quiet and we all had great uninterrupted sleep despite being in a good city location. Courtesy airport collection and drop off was a nice touch. Breakfasts were superb. The hotel is partnered with a fantastic boat and skipper who knew all the best spots to visit. Thanks Vincent!

NO GYM!! it does not take much room to put in a squat rack with pullup bar, a few benches, and dumb bells up to 100lbs. they give you a pass to a very nice gym about a mile from the hotel, BUT the b.s. thing is that they only give you ONE pass, then you have to pay something like 15-20 euro FOR ONE DAY PASS. What they should do since they don't have a gym is offer a free pass every day for those that want it, or, at the VERY least, a deeply discounted pass no more than 5 euro for a day use permit. location ok, but there is a lot of IBIZA you are not close to (like some of the famous beaches, so you may want to research what your priorities are). by the way - not the hotel's fault, but taxis are a ripoff. walk wherever you can - sadly spain doesn't have Uber. rooms are nice, but small - and tub is awkward to the point of being dangerous, with a weird split level inside the tub - almost like the shower was an afterthought. While the food in the restaurant was great, the price is a ripoff.

Wonderful staff, high quality dining for being a small restaurant, clean modern rooms

From the moment you arrive at the airport, the hotel staff treat you like royalty. They are lovely people and happy to help at all times whether it's arranging daytime activities, restaurants and room service with a smile. The bar downstairs is fully stocked, the breakfast is brilliant and the room was amazing. It was a truly relaxing holiday and if I return to Ibiza I will definitely stay there again.

It takes about 10 mins to go up from Ibiza town to the hotel. Especially when you are carrying bags in the hot summer time, it is not a pleasant experience to climb all the way up to the hotel.

Elegant interior design, great location to visit the old castle and the amazing ocean view. On the way up to the hotel, there are many nice small restaurants and jewelry shops to visit. Staffs are professional and polite. A bit pricy but considering the free airport pickup service and the delicious breakfast, it's the place I will definitely recommend to others and wish to come back to again.
