The room smelled a bit like mildew… especially when the A/C was on. The shower head holder was not there. And the twine flooring was rough on the feet. It is a trek to get to the city center. Walking is possible… it is about 5km or 3 miles one way. Wear good shoes. Or you can taxi which is about 20€+ each way.

The location is phenomenal. Right on the beach, sunrise view over the Mediterranean… the restaurant was amazing. The servers at the restaurant were amazing. It was a great location if you are wanting to party and stay in the beach area.

Didn't have any issue. There was a bit of drainage smell during certain times in the bathroom not uncommon in Valencia. I used scented sticks - maybe something the hotel could add.

Small hotel at the beach, clean and with nice staff. There is a small balcony with 2 chairs which is a plus. I had an issue with noise in my room that was investigated and removed. Complimentary bottle of water waiting for me everyday in the room was a nice touch.

It was very well located right in front of the beach, with also really good served with multiple transport that will take you to the center in 30mins. The room was as expected

Automatic air scent system was not upfront information. The antiseptic lemon smell of this boutique perfume was unpleasant. Then the reservoir went dry and make a noise every 3 minutes as did the one in the hall and the next room. As I was “the only one who complained “ and though staff came and heard the noises, it was not a priority. The offer of ear plugs was laughable. Another room was offered, with street view and noise instead. 3 breakfasts were then offered as compensation for this week-long noise duration.

All night rave on the port over Saturday night that was making the room bounce until 6 30am! Unable to sleep.

Fabulous views and location. Drinks tray in room was a nice touch. Great staff. Loved everything except the external noise.

It was quite noisy from the street below. Whilst our room was fantastic, when used the shower on the terrace it was a little smelly in the bathroom, mainly a drains smell, which was a completely different experience to the lovely bathroom in our room.

Great location for the beach! Room was of a good size and the bathroom was great - looked like it had been recently renovated. Beds were comfy though a little firm. The staff were great, allowing us to store bags after check out wo I could do the Valencia half marathon and then allowed us to use the shower on the rooftop terrace/bar area afterwards.

1. The walls seems to be quite thin, I can hear my next door neighbour. Also, there is some sort of bar outside, and they play very loud music until early in the morning (its a business with workers and customers at the end of the day) . It's a decent location, but if you can't deal with noise and can't sleep with earplugs, find somewhere else or else, be prepared for passive aggressive behaviours by someone in the hotel or nearby who would open and shut close the metal cover on the window between 11:30 pm to around 1:30am. 2. The safe/locker in the room malfunctioned and did not open for me later on. I had to call reception and use a metal key to open it since, rather than the room key card.

1.Staff are helpful and friendly. I stayed for the half-marathon and during check-in, the receptionist was checking if I also want to use the shower at the hotel after the run (after already having an early check-out for the day of the run). She also advised me to be careful of pick pocketers as there are a lot of tourist (including me) around at the time. 2. Very close to the beach.

The flooring- that sisal matting is so hard on the feet.
