Short bed: i am 190 cm tall, so a 190cm-long bed made my 3 nights very uncomfortable, leading to a lack of sleep throughout the three days that i stayed in Barcelona

In room remedies like drinking water or a boiling cattle along with some tea/coffee selections would have been nice.

The rooms are big enough for a relatively budget hotel. The compromise is on the location though, which was no big deal for me as the hotel is pretty close to bus and metro stations.

The bathroom door design is strange, in closed position there is a big gap between door, wall and floor, so no privacy.

Very clean room with sanitized surfaces and nice smelling bathroom. The staff were great and answered all of our questions and helped us with what we needed. The lobby and the elevators are also very clean and well looked after. The hotel in general was very quiet without any disturbances and had a very nice smell in the hallways.

The lady at the breakfast was great and very friendly but the service at night was a little discreet and they didnt fix an issue I had with the card socket in the room.

The only problem was that the building was under refurbishment, and just one tyne elevator was working.

The bathroom door was very strange, not very suitable for a hotel room - like a door you enter a spa center. There was no toilet brush which was strange also. One more thing - every night when we come back from a walk we couldnt enter the room with the card, so we had to go back to reception and reactivate our card. I dont know what was the reason and they didnt explain.

Good location. They clean rooms everyday. Staff is polite and helped us with some advices about the public transport in Barcelona.

They have some works going on, so every morning around 7:30 we were facing drillings, hammering, there was music and guys singing loudly. We have complained, they promised works won't start before 10 am, but tough luck.

Exceptionaly clean hotel, kudos to the staff for that. And a blonde lady from the reception was so helpful, she made our stay in Barcelona much easier.

They were doing renovations so one of the lifts was not so great inside- it was working but you didnt feel safe inside. Please put the information on the booking sites that you are renovating hotel

I travelled in November to BCN , The hotel was located a little further away than what i had expected. but i like the spaciousness of my room , it was very comfortable -with a balcony. the breakfast was good - the location was not bad , but i think they can improve on their hotel signage for ease of find.

Mattresses were a bit firm. Rooms are barely larger than the furnishings.

The location is wonderfully close to a metro station. The staff sent us excellent instructions on getting from the airport to the hotel when we booked the room. Very pleasant to be away from the hordes of tourists who hang around the Ramblas.

From the extensive cleaning the hotel in some parts, such as the elevator smelled from bleach or other chemicals.
