Food at breakfast, poor quality, completely the opposite after an amazing dinner the night before. Maid barged into the room at 10:30 in the morning. Check out was 12:00... she didn’t even knock... not very impressed.

Food at dinner, local and in-house excellent. Good local selection of wines Great spa facilities Lovely location

    Nothing

Staff are ever so friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and well decorated. As we were there in December, the log fire, the ambience and the Christmas decorations give us that nostalgic festive feel.

Our last breakfast included stale bread and a mess of cold jumbled dripping leftover scrambled eggs.

Beautiful location, helpful staff, nice pools/spa facilities. The restaurant was good.

Options for dinner - we would like more choices including something less formal than the restaurant which offers a fine dining experience. Maybe the pool- side cafe could serve lighter meals later into the evening?

Breakfast is amazing and is served on the wonderful terrace.

I wish there was some music or entertainment in the evening, although I am 91 years old I find it rather dead and isolated.

The breakfast display was poor, eggs were cold, altogether very little imagination what breakfast should be.

Room was quite hot, airco didn't work properly. Some for wifi in the room. For the price you would expect this should all work fine.

Very nice and quite location. Great swimming and space to relax.

Coffee wasn't great (from a machine), and there could have been a bit more variety for breakfast, both in the main house and the annex.

    Nothing could have been better.

Beautiful old building, perfectly restored, set in its own little valley amongst olive groves. Food amazing, log fires for winter, pools for summer, quiet tracks all round, yet minutes from good link roads.

The setting of the property looking out over the mountains. The restaurant food was delicious. For anyone who loves horses take some clothes to ride in you can ride around the estate on their horses . Good size interesting pool with plenty of room around to relax. Would love another weekend there.

Lunch at the annex takes quite a long time and travels down from the main hotel so toasted sandwiches or calamari are a bit soggy, however the burger is very good. Staff are very nice and helpful but Fawlty Towers does slightly come to mind!

We stayed in the annex, with its own pool and didn't go up the the main hotel (10 min walk) except for dinner one night. Beautiful setting and lovely salt pool, tennis courts close by. BBQ in evening is at the annex, a good choice but need to book. Breakfast is buffet - good choice of fruit, pastries, meats & cheeses, cooked, juices. Eaten in courtyard or inside.

From The family room we could hear every toilet flush in our block. The room smelt damp and there was no air con in the kids room. Not enough staff when busy at the pool or breakfast.

    Lovely location and building

If you were to book a standard room ( we had a superior room ) you will be in a separate building about 1/2 mile away from the main hotel, and although you do have a different swimming pool, you would have to walk up to the main restaurant for dinner ( unless you wanted a BBQ which may be every night, not sure ) and also not sure about breakfast. None of this applied to us because of our room choice, but be warned !

Lovely stylish room and good air con, which is not a given in Mallorca. Great food in the restaurant with excellent service ( both dinner and breakfast ). Nice pool area with strong "showers" into pool and good to have a pool bar. Also actually had BBC world news which seems again not to be a given in Mallorca as mainly German channels, who are obviously their biggest tourists. Lovely gardens and terraces.

Decor and furniture on the tired side than traditional, could definitely do with a revamp; also the spa is small and simple, and perhaps not as luxurious as we'd have imagined.

Tranquil location, beautifully situated and fairly central to getting around the island (and for cycling or beaching if desired). Beautiful and traditional old building within farm grounds. Very quiet and perfect to relax and escape. Restaurant food tasty (though breakfast could do with being changed throughout the week)

The rustic rooms need a at least a renovation, our first room was dark, smelly and way too noisy. The food is poor and far away from any gourmet kitchen, the breakfast was boring and the bread, baked goods etc. weren`t homemade ( like it is promoted)

The location is beautiful - ideal for cycling and hiking. The staff is always friendly and trying to do it`s best.

Minor issue: the beds are very firm. Not really an issue but something to bear in mind ... a car is essential given its remote location.

The setting is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The location is perfect for getting away. The suite/room was spacious, the position and view were wonderful. The food and service were excellent.

At first we were on the third floor overlooking the court yard and the room was dark. We were then re located to a lovely room with a view over the pool. We felt the showers and the furniture in the rooms could do with an update.

The location was fantastic. Pool great, poolside food and staff fantastic. BBQ at the Garden House was very good and relaxed.
