Could have a bit more storage in the room e.g draws or shelves in wardrobe but it’s not something that would stop me returning.

The rooms are a nice size, with a large comfy bed. The room has a cold fridge which we used to keep water cool and spacious bathroom (shower has plenty of room). The pool area is lovely, clean and much bigger compared to hotels in central Seville and the bar staff are happy to come to the sunbed to take your order for drinks in the day which makes things more relaxed. The staff are all friendly and can’t do enough for you whether that be those working in the bar, reception, house keeping or breakfast (restaurant). Breakfast at the hotel can’t be faulted with plenty of choice and replenished quickly. Location is quiet and quite traditional - it’s not too touristy and is very much a place the locals live, work and socialise which is lovely. It is just a 15/20 minute walk to central Seville across the river to get to the sights. There are plenty of lovely restaurants down the side streets of Triana and down the river so you don’t have to always go back into main Seville at night (worth noting some of the restaurants or small bars didn’t have English translated menus and some places spoke little English. This meant google translate quickly became our best friend, but we only saw this as a positive as it encouraged us to try to learn, understand and speak the language).

Triana is a lovely area, shopping centre/mall 5 minute walk going left out of hotel. Plenty bars/cafes/restaurents within 5-10 min walk to right. Hotel was great, pool area lovely to lounge at, not heated so only a few brave souls in it in April. Had a bar snack on last night & food was good too.

Nothing really, the only one thing that could have improved the experience was if the pool was heated as its was lovely but very cold water!!

Fabulous hotel, modern and bright. Room size was good, the bed was huge (super king?). Cleaning services were also very good and towels changed daily if you wished. The pool and sun loungers were great, including a nice view of the cathedral, we had a couple of lovely relaxing afternoons on the roof, with super bar service too. Hotel was quiet but still in an area with lovely bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the main attractions.

That we couldn't stay for longer.

The room was clean, very spacious and we loved the huge bed! Location of the hotel was within easy reach of the centre with plenty of buses to get you in. We chose to walk as you see so much more on foot. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and catered for a variety of tastes and needs, the staff were attentative keeping it well stocked. We happened to be staying whilst the "Copa del Rey" was on, so the surrounding area was very busy however once in the hotel we didn't hear a thing. Loved our stay in this hotel and would highly recommend.

Nothing to say, all was perfect during our visit to Sevilla in this hotel.

The location is perfect, the hotel is in Triana neighborhood which is one of the most famous. You can get the center of the city by bus or using one of the several ways of motosharing, they are very cleaver.

No recycling information. We left our empty plastic bottles on the counter together because we didn't know where to put them and they accumulated there over the days. I didn't like getting a WhatsApp message about payment with a link to a bank and the threat of my booking being cancelled if I didn't pay in 48 hours. This was a month before I travelled. I panicked because it sounded like a scam. The hotel should be aware how off putting and alarming this is for customers.

The Staff were very welcoming from reception to the breakfast staff. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great choice. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel so there was easy access to the centre.

Bathroom was modern and well equipped, but suffers (like many hotel bathrooms) from a couple of poor design features. In particular shaving mirror is impractical if you are over 1.9 metres or about six foot tall.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Strongly recommend this as a place to stay if you are happy to walk a bit to the town centre.

The property was located 10 minute walk away from the centre which had lovely restaurants and links to lots of tourist sites. We travelled with a 5 month old and the room was spacious. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly. They also provided a baby bath on request.

Reception was fantastic. Helped us with suggested restaurants and how to get around Seville. They were so polite and accommodating. Shout out to Paula and Laura - both amazing. Location was great, short walk to most things and public transport. Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
