For a room priced at over $200 per night, it would be expected to have basic amenities such as a fridge and a kettle with coffee facilities. Their absence was disappointing and did not quite align with the standard suggested by the price.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, offering close proximity to major attractions while remaining free from excessive crowds and noise. The breakfast is of good quality, and the restaurant area provides a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Very friendly staff who made check in easy after a long day of travelling. The bed in this hotel is the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. Lovely cool temp in the room controlled by stat. Shower warm. Room was spotless. Would def stay here again.

Location was great! Was right next to the park. Not a far walk to the gothic quarter. Public transport was near so venturing out further was so easy. Great food places nearby. The staff are very accommodating letting us store our bags and handed us fresh towels as we were caught in the rain.

The room was on the smaller side, for the price. I stayed solo in a double room, so it was fine, but for two persons with their luggage it would be a bit too small. The room had no desk for work with laptop, only small coffee table not very convenient for that; but they have a comfy lounge with a bunch of tables convenient to sit with laptop. The breakfast isn’t very existing for the price, I’d recommend to have it elsewhere (my fav place - Honest Greens in about 10 mins walk).

Awesome location, great rooftop bar, convenient and reasonably priced parking. Overall very good hotel for my taste, and considering other accommodation options and pricing in Barcelona.

The cleaning staff—and I have no idea of their workload—do a great job when they do it, but usually, by the time I’m returning in the afternoon, they are only getting to my room, which is inconvenient. I usually forgo the cleaning for that reason. So, speed it up; or hire more staff. Also, the prices are climbing, and I’m not sure this hotel is worth it; they are on the verge of losing my loyalty.

This is not my first stay at this hotel. I like it. The front-desk staff are welcoming and personable. The bed, pillows are comfortable: I slept very soundly. Breakfast was good, and the staff who run it are also conscientious and friendly. I like the location because it is relatively close to all that I want to do in BCN. And I liked having a view over the park.
