Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Nuki app to open the apartment door. Don't lose your cellphone and remember to turn on Bluetooth.
Very nice comfortable apartment. Near the grocery stores. Two bathrooms with showers. Nice, clean underground parking down 4 levels. Elevators. We would book this place again.

Everything was good.
Fabulous appartment, good location, very clean, well equipped and spacious. Marco was exceptionally helpful, although we never met him. He answered all of our messages and queries immediately. I have already recommended the appartment to friends. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Vigo.

Could have used more information on where to park in garage, elevator to parking, wifi code.
Excellent apartment; clean, efficient. Great kitchen/living area. Close to many restaurants, attractions, and food shopping.

There was a lot of street noise during the night, especially on weekends.
The apartment was very spacious. It had everything we needed. It was 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. The host was very helpful. Location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and the port.

Nothing - all good.
Super modern, clean, well equipped apartment. Directly opposite train station which was convenient for our early morning train departure. Window blinds keep the light out ensuring a good sleep. Good communication from Marco.

Beautifully appointed apartment and an excellent host! Perfectly positioned between the two stations, quiet apartment - would happily return! Made the perfect pad for a break from the Camino.

I didn’t like that I only had two nights, I would love to have a long stay in this apartment.
Wow, loved this property only wish we could have stayed there longer! Huge, brand new with all the amenities you would expect and more. Nice furnishings to make it feel like home. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and seperate laundry. Heaps of kitchen utensils, unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to cook in the kitchen to make use of them all. Lots of snacks and large bottles of water on arrival which was really appreciated. Host was amazing, great communication and even stayed up to let us in remotely when our flight was delayed and we got there at 1am! On the Camino trail so was perfect for us. Easy walk from the train station. A lot of great cafe’s and restaurant’s nearby. I would recommend to everyone and absolutely stay again, in fact I want to live there!

The smaller room's bed can benefit from a better lay-out. A separate trundle would be preferable for the 4th person.
The keyless entry made the check-in seamless. We particularly appreciated having two baths, a modern, well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach..

It would have been helpful to have the instructions for the use of the washer/dryer but it was great to one in the apartment

Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment. Big, comfortable, clean, very close to train station, close to the ferry that takes you to the Cíes Islands. Great service and advise was provided by Marco. I’d definitely stay here again!

Marcos it is really a fantastic host, and very well organized, everything related to the procedure of the garage and collecting the keys was sent by email before my arrival. Perfect location, all brand news.

it was exceptionally clean and we had everything we needed including some extras like washing tabs, water and milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch when we had been travelling for a while etc. Very impressed with the location and the owner was very helpful upon arrival. Would highly recommend staying and if we visit Vigo again we would happily stay here.

Initially getting the key to access the parking garage was difficult as one member of our family needed to go into the apartment to collect the key for the roller shutter doors while the driver had to circle around the block as there was nowhere to park outside.
We’ll located with indoor parking space. Centre of Vigo 15 minute walk, close to train stations and good for local bars/restaurants/supermarkets. The hosts/owners were easy to contact at any time we needed them.
