Not much choice of food on a evening . Hotel seemed a bit dated compared to The Don Pablo which was over the road also it was cheaper to stay in . View from room terrible. Entertainment poor on an evening.

Sometimes restaurant was too crowded. The stairs between the two level of the restaurant is not a good solution. We missed a toalett brush in the bathroom.

Hotel staff was very nice with us, everybody working very hard. We enjoy food and atmosphere of the hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious, the bad comfortable.

-> jaccuzzi on the roof not heated, but no big issue

-> great view from the roof -> friendly staff -> indoor heated pool & sauna -> easy to park a car on the surrounding streets (in November) -> close to the beach with bars and restaurants

The hotel is not family friendly with either outdoor pools not heated and at this time of year (Nov), therefore not usable. Indoor spa pool is limited for use by children for an hour twice per day. Timing of these two hours is also challenging when out and about. Most of the visitors and guests at the hotel are quite elderly. Feels a little bit like a hotel for retirees. Getting into the small 3 people lift can also be difficult and older guests with walking aids requiring priority. Stairs are therefore a more reliable way of getting up and down the building. Again not helpful when you have children and are carrying a lot already. Lastly, does not include some basics that I would expect from a 4-star hotel such as a charging converter, a usb charging port or an iron. The kettle is provided as well as the coffee mugs but no coffee or milk. No stock in the mini bar either. Breakfast and facilities open too late, 7:30am and 10:00am respectively. Again, too late when you have children.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean. Quite accommodating if you have special requirements and needs. Both the hotel and surrounding areas are well looked after. It is quiet and appears safe. Location is great and the back entrance to the shops is particularly helpful, enabling quick access to everything you need, right at your fingertips. Our room had ocean and pool views and the beach is a few minutes walk. A nice balance of both.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable .Didn't sleep well. Lots of mosquitos by pool- got lots of bites
