Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.

Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

United KingdomThe photos of Na Martina do not demonstrate how pleasant and uplifting the property is. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome from Mercedes, who is an asset to the business. The property holds its original farmhouse charm, with warm-honey coloured traditional stone. The surroundings are peaceful, with little birds drinking from the water fountain. The planting, a mixture of old olives trees, potted plants and small water features. The vegetable garden was full of fruits and vegetables and was relaxing to enjoy. Large pomegranate trees are dotted around, bearing fruit. There were bicycles that would be wonderful to safely explore this special nature reserve. Also a pic-nic service, which I thought was charming. There was an honesty bar, which shows the nature and goodness of the attitude of Na Martina. The bedroom held original features and was sympathetically decorated in a comfortable homely style with a pretty garden. As the food is produced on the farm or by neighbours it is very fresh and delicious. The breakfasts were outstanding. If you are a meat eater the selection of home-cured meats is exceptional, also the cheeses, homemade jams and variety of unusual marmalades. Micheal-Angel describes the different ways and combinations possible of eating the foods which makes the experience wonderful. He is passionate about the food, and uses traditional methods and recipes. His customer service is meticulous and he notices every detail to ensure the guests feel comfortable and at home. He gave sincere and heart-felt wishes for the future when we said goodbye. It is an unusual thing these days to feel sincerity. The property is within close walking distance to unspoilt beaches. Puerto Petro, a small pretty port with some decent restaurants and is less than a ten minute drive away. For clear deep, sheltered aqua water try Cala Santanyi. Santanyi town itself is quite arty and has some interesting interior shops and galleries.

United KingdomEverything was great.
An Martina is a beautiful place to stay. The main building is rustic with shaded terraces all around. The gardens are beautifully kept and the whole place is lovely and calm. There is a generous sized pool and we really enjoyed lying under the trees in the shade and swimming in the clear water. The bedrooms are tastefully designed with great facilities and have a terrace to sit out in the evening. The family are hugely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. There was a really personal service. The breakfasts were vast with so much choice and featured some delicious local specialties alongside omelettes etc cooked to order. There are four beaches in walking distance.

NorwayWe had an amazing week at Na Martina. This place is very nice and authentic - a beautiful garden, large saltwater pool with no crowding, theres enough sun beds and parasols for everybody. The breakfast is amazing, one of the highlights to look forward to each morning, with lots of Majorceean specialities and produce from the farm like their own sobrassada, jams, tomatoes etc. The area is ideal - walking distance to two beautiful beaches, one with subeds and beach bar, walking distance to Porto Petro with many restaurants to choose from and excellent places to eat along the harbourfront. Our room was very clean, with large bathroom and nice balcony. Short distance to Santanyi which is a reallh nice town, and just one hour to Palma if you want a day of shopping. And at last - all the people and family running the place are really nice!

We loved everything about our stay at Agroturisme Na Martina. This place knows its stuff and was absolutely fabulous. A real slice of peace and quiet that allowed everyone to decompress in style. Great location with an easy 10-15 minute walk to great beaches, an easy 5 minute drive to the nearby town and a beautiful pool steps from our rooms. The staff were truly wonderful and extremely helpful. The breakfast spread was superb. We didn't want to leave and definitely look forward to coming back again.

SpainWe had a standard double room with two twin beds pushed together, the pillows and the mattresses could both have been improved but did not really stop us from sleeping! The bathroom was very nicely appointed but when turning the shower on we, and the floor got soaked because the doors were immediately in front of the shower head. The water pressure was excellent, and there were towels for both the bathroom, and the pool.
Na Martina is a lovely agroturismo set in beautiful well kept grounds with many historical artefacts, and situated between the charming coastal village of Portpetro and the stunning natural park of Cala Mondrago. It is a family run hotel and the staff could not be more pleasent and helpful in every way, and many thoughtful touches in the rooms. The superb traditional Mallorquin breakfast with meats, and homemade cheeses from the farm, and beautifully home baked cakes from the kitchen! A very relaxing place to stay, and we were able to organise a restoring massage in the treatment room. Sadly the restaurant is currently closed due to lack of availability of staff, which we have found in many places since the dreaded Covid. This would have been the icing on the cake and completed our stay perfectly. We had our own terrace to sit and enjoy the view and relax in the sun.

AustraliaUnfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner while we were there, but they gave us great local recommendations.
The location was absolutely perfect - only a short walk from some excellent beaches and a short 5-10 minute drive from some excellent restaurants and cute towns. The breakfast was particularly amazing - a full buffet of homemade products from the farm which you ate sitting outside in the sun overlooking the pool, garden and national park/farm beyond. The staff were absolutely lovely and go out of their way to improve your stay. On one day we went for a longer day hike along the coast and they packed us a great picnic spread.

We had an amazing stay! I would definitely stay here again when I visit next time. We wish we were there even longer! The staff is exceptionally hospitable and friendly and had a casual approachable vibe but also very professional service. The beaches were close by and easy to access on foot. We loved having a drink at the salt pool and enjoying breakfast and dinner at the property. A perfect mix of local options to try plus well known favorites. Wifi worked great in the room.
