Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

struggling to find fault because they are so professional and sincere.
Have used before and will always use again when visiting Granada . It's the tops for location , hospitality and value for money.

The pillows were a little hard, but that is just me. No other complaints.
Great location for sightseeing and tapas. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Safe has a key and the lobby staff have access to them which makes me wonder if it's really safe vs a personal code that can only be reset by a technician. Also, breakfast time is a bit later than other hotels (7:30-10) and on a day where I had to catch a bus at 8am, the breakfast area wasn't ready until 7:45. It is ridiculously loud if you ever open the windows due to the tapas/bars that line the street and the noise continues all days of the week through 2-3am.
Lovely staff that will hold luggage, provide a spare toothbrush and get you extra teabags/creamers for your room, wonderful breakfast, room, had a kettle and safe, walkable to multiple busses including the Alhambra bus, bus to train station and other nearby attractions such as Albacyn and Sacramonte. Walkable to the market, popular restaurants, trendy shops, tapas, and souvenir spots. The balcony windows are soundproof so when shut it's very peaceful.

This was a very comfortable and nice room and exceptionally quiet given the very busy 'tapas' street that it is located on. The location was easily accessible and very convenient to walk or catach a bus/taxi to tourist sites. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very nice as well.

Nothing apart from 1 day of torrential rain.
The staff were really friendly. The location was central with plenty of places to eat and drink and most of the attractions were within walking distance.

It was super clean and the hotel offers many details, like providing you with stuff you may have forgotten (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.). It has a fridge in the room, coffee and tea.

The first room offered to us had a nice view of the street below but the bathroom frosted glass windows had no curtains. So we were switched to another room without much of a view. Had breakfast for 8 euros, but the coffee and food selection were not that great.
Excellent location ! Situated on the pedestrian only restaurants alley, centrally located in the old town. Easy access to public transportation and restaurants, historic sites and shops nearby. Spacious room with clean comfy bed, and bathroom. Very courteous staff . Highly recommended !

Being on a pedestrian street was both an advantage and disadvantage. There were lots of restaurants below and adjacent to the hotel. This meant the room was very noisy and cooking smells wafted up as well. There is a small fridge but they really need to provide tea and coffee making facilities.
The hotel is on a pedestrian street but taxis stop just at the end of the street. It is easy to walk to the oldest parts of town, but we did take taxis to The Alhambra and St Nicholas Mirador. The rooms were comfortable, as was the bedding. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great
I loved the property, the breakfast, the location, but especially the staff. Laios is the gem of the hotel. He would let you know what to do, where to go, where to eat. He gave me a tea kettle into the room with different teas, etc. and was always available to help when I had questions. Laios, you are the best! Thank you for all your hospitality! I also liked that next to the hotel are great tapas restaurants, so you do not need to go far for a good meal. All the great attractions are either within walking distance or quick ride by local bus with the stop close to the hotel.
