Some of the staff particularly in the dining room do not seem to be can seem a bit brusk as though they are not happy to work there, although they are not obstructive in any way

The hotel is in a good location for walking and I chose it because our walking group from UK stay there each year. The hotel has also had a recent majeiver

Our room had the weirdest balcony I have ever seen. There was just enough room for one person to go out onto it. In fairness we were in an end room the other balconies were much better.

The room was compact but very comfortable. The hotel itself is really good and we have stayed there a number of times now. It is always clean and tidy and the staff are quite friendly but very busy.

Reception staff are friendly but only had 1 slow computer, sometimes causing delays . Also, no towels are available for pool use...

The hotel is a lovely, well located place, with easy parking and walking distance from the town.

I asked for doble bed and got twin bed, the water on the spa was cold and couldn’t use the jacuzzi as it was even colder.

Couldn't get on WiFi which was a bit disappointing. I knew the outdoor pool would be too cold to use and was therefore disappointed to find the indoor spa pool was out of use.

Have stayed at this hotel before staff always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good too.

Breakfast .. maybe we caught them on a not so good day, but hardly any hot food left and what was there was hardly warm. Cold beans, no sausages, watery mushrooms, ... Selection of cold option - cheese, ham, pate, but for 8€ the quality could have been better. Served until 10am and we got in at 9.30am.

Clean, spacious, lovely helpful staff. Spa wellness facility... Free 45 minutes session per person per stay. Lovely outdoor area by swimming pool. Tea & coffee making facilities in room. Great water pressure in shower. Good snack food from the bar at pretty good prices. Two for one drinks happy hour ( 5-7pm!)

The spa was not great. Guests putting towels out to reserve sunbeds. The signs said that towels would be removed by staff but they were not.

The outside pool and area was great. The cleaners were very accommodating, cleaning when suited the guests. The dining room staff were friendly and attentive. The big balcony was very good and the view was lovely. Good location, so car not necessary needed. Very good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet hotel good for couples. The pool and pool area was nice.

Food very basic. Not big selection. Loungers ok quality, not enough umbrellas. Pitty the pool area had to close at 7.30pm. Many would have liked to stay longer with the warm weather. And the door key cards were constantly not working.

Staff did their very best. Friendly, helpful, despite the heat they worked hard. Few issues with the room but they were attended to promptly.

The cleaning, when we was there the first day was very clean but after 2 days not. We come back from the beach every day so the floor and the toilette floor was dirty, and every day the cleaner just did the beds and a little bit the mirrors. One day we come back in the room after breakfast and the room was already cleaned, but the floor was really dirty so outside of my door there was the clenear and I asked her the brush and I cleaned my room's floor by myself. Another things is the food. I had in my accomodation breakfast and dinner, the breakfast was okey, but the dinner not. The food choise was very limited and not was good 3 days on 6 I ate outside in other restaurants. And the beds, when I booked I selected 1 double bed, because I hate 2 single beds togheter and I found 2 single beds.

Condescending and unhelpful reception staff (not all of them, but those we spoke to). They have little respect for their customers and are not interested in feedback. Requests for quiet room, or any other requests are blatantly ignored and the said these are not guaranteed. Even after having these confirmed by email by the hotel.

Restaurant, bar, cleaning staff were all very good. Pool was not too crowded and there were enough sunbeds for all.

The beds were terrible, such a tiny hard double bed. The bathroom was very shabby in need of a make over desperately.

Parking was available. Everything was clean. Air con was excellent in the room.
