We only had one breakfast. It was excellent. The food in the hotel was good but there is a host of restaurants in very close proximity, giving lots of alternatives. It very convenient to get to all the places of interest. The staff were very helpful.

Really nice hotel in city centre. Good room service. Staff were exceptional helping my wife receive urgent medical attention. They went beyond normal and made a huge difference. I cant thank them enough. They should be proud of how they acted. The trip turned out to be the last that my wife made. She was so appreciative of all that was done for her ❤

The noise from the road was a bit to much for us but saying that we did request a room with a view. The main problem with hotel is getting to it, we were only 300 metres from the hotel but both Google maps Waze kept sending us up the wrong streets, we eventually paid a taxi driver and followed him.

The staff were excellent and very friendly, we even got one of the best restaurant recommendations ever. The location is perfect.

Maybe a little noisy at night when buses and other traffic can be heard from outside street ... if window frames would be thicker..

Hotel has perfect central location for everyone who wants to spend few days in Granada. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, underground parking (accessible from hotel lobby), pet friendly (as all NH Hotels) .. We were really happy to spend 4 nights in NH Collection Victoria. Definitely, we will be glad to stay here next time (even if to have some skiing days mixed together with sightseeing ... it was 45 minutes to get to Sierra Nevada skiing resort, well, well, central location has its small drawbacks when you need to go out of the city... but it's not a big problem). But for sightseeing and visiting Granada Alhambra, Cathedral, bars , restaurants, etc.. - it's perfect!

The welcome drink ( water with lemon ) was a nice touch as was the complimentary beer and wine in the bar - if you don't want the room made up a voucher is provided for the bar. Good thinking in these eco-friendly times. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but probably overpriced at €20 per person. Still it's a four star so that's to be expected.

Great location in the middle of the centre without it being noisy. Superb breakfast also catering for someone like me who doesn’t want meat - lots of fresh fruit, nice yoghurts and even seeds for the yoghurt!

Our room was over the main road in front of a night club. One particular night was extremely noisy so couldn't get proper rest.
