Nice location a few minutes walk from the city center. Quiet neighborhood, maybe 10 mins walk to Catalunya plza. Clean, comfortable hotel, great staff. Extensive breakfast buffet daily.

I love the fact that from the stepping into hotel there was Young Gentelmen with big smile ready to help and direct to the right person! I loved the rooftop view, pool and sitting area! We never mention anything about my husband's birthday....and still they have treated him to surprise lovely chocolate cake and even a candle....few balloons at the room was a nice touch! Hugo from guest relations orgabised everything! Wee things like this matters! Location was just perfect! Metro near by and evening stroll was very nice

The breakfast was quite good, but I feel like there could have been a little more range in what was offered with things like cooked meats - the only thing missing. However this is likely just because I’m from the UK. haha

The hotel room was lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful and patient. Zero faults. They also called me in my room when I had my do not disturb sign on for a while (I was working) just to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. Loved that lacto free milk was offered at breakfast.

Car parking expensive at €26 a night in a very tight underground car park. Dog charges were also expensive @ €35

Air conditioner unit in room was very dusty, room needs more hocks on the wall as the bath robes take up most of the space. and please can we have some small jugs at breakfast to take milk to the tables in, to add to our tea. sorry very british.

Hotel is in a great location and staff were much friendlier than on previous visits. Breakfast is good and the food is fresh and the staff keep the dinning room very clean.

As with the other NH Collection in which we stayed, the air conditioning was rather weak. This wasn’t the most important thing as we were visiting Barcelona in February, but the climate control took most of the night to get the room temperature down to a cooler 15 degrees. A very small downside and certainly nothing of significant note.

The property was clean, spacious, well located and had a nice bar/restaurant. This was our second NH Collection we have stayed at and the quality is very consistent. Staff were a pleasure throughout the stay - they generously spoke English and were very accommodating. Raul gave us a warm welcome and a rough guide of the city - thank you.

Thin walls. I could hear conversations in next room. Was woken up all mornings by knocks on the next room door (I assume they got breakfast delivered to room). Breakfast seems on the expensive side.

Location was near all the sights and great place to walk our dog. Neighborhood was lively, but it was quiet enough to sleep due to how the hotel and room were situated.

* Location - Quiet but easy to reach the various Barcelona sites. Neighborhood has plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants and shops * Clean, comfortable rooms * Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. I had some issues checking in as my wallet was pickpocketed prior to coming to Barcelona so had issues with my credit card. CECILIA at the front desk was extremely calming, helpful and managed to find a solution amidst my panic. Throughout the stay, she would often check how we were doing. Her service went beyond the standard help, she showed genuine concern and found solution during such a stressful time. Bravo!!! The rest of the staff is equally hospitable as well. I am a customer for life of NH Barcelona Podium!!!

Great hotel located super close to Arc de Triomf and walking distance to Placa de Catalunya. Reception staff were very helpful and caring. Spacious rooms, nice breakfast selection. I really enjoyed the idea to support environmental change - if you don't request room cleaning for a day, you get free drink coupon for everyone in the booking tk enjoy in the bar( cava, wine, coffee and etc)

The Nespresso machine wasn't working properly. Room service menu inaccurate (some 24h items on the menu wasn't available the night we arrived).

Large and clean room (much larger than expected), delicious breakfast, hospitable and professional staffs, full facilities including room service, minibar, coffee and tea sets. Good location with easy access to sights and public transports. Excellent value and pricing, one of the best valued stay I've had in Europe.
