Right next to the beach. Couldn’t be any closer. Close to nice restaurants, shops and bars of the Main Street in Peguera. Clean well equipped apartment and ensuite bathroom. Very comfortable. Best part was waking up to the shimmering light of the sea. Very friendly staff! Carlotta was super friendly, gave great recommendation and advise, and was very welcoming. Cleaning lady was very friendly and sweet.

Unfortunately it was a bit disappointing that on arrival we did not have a sea front view. We chose this apartment and thought we paid for sea front view as the picture, even our booking confirmation was a sea front photo and it said only “INNER NIZA”. The staff was apologetic and kind about the situation explaining that we had booked partial sea view, however this was no where in our booking emails and I showed the pictures of the sea view within our confirmation emails. So the expectation was a bit disappointing.. Nevertheless, the studio was clean, cute and very well location, staff was kind, it was quiet and the process with the key before and after was simple and easy.

Very convenient location, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and buses to- and from- airport or to- and from- Palma.

The accommodation is dated and basic. The bed was very hard and the bathroom was functional with no frills. Some of the floor tiles need replacing. The balcony is small but ok. The main issue is food preparation and cooking. Sandwiches and basic meals cooked in a pan would be ok but nothing more extravagant. We hadn't planned to eat out but did every day to save the stress🤣 We would still return but we would go a little more prepared.

Amazing views from the front sea view apartment. Staff are great and are informative and contactable. Just off the main strip and very near a main bus stop and supermarkets. Super quiet. The view is just perfect!

Perfect location, right on the beach and along the main bolevard. Clean and tidy, shower was very good. The little touches of the tote bag and hat were lovely. Carlota could not have been more accommodating and helpful

It's not really a hotel set up. There isn't a reception and you collect your keys from a lockbox.

The property was in a fantastic location, only few meters from the beach in the centre of Peguera. You can reach it by the bus directly from the Airport, there is also direct bus going to Palma for a day trip. Little balcony overlooking the beach had a small table and chairs, just to fit in and enjoy private sitting outside. Small kitchen had everything we needed to fix our breakfasts. Double glazed windows ensured the quiet nights.

Not the hotels fault at all but useful to know, a hotel is being built directly next door. Good to be prepared with earplugs (which I was).

Right on the waterfront. Spacious for a solo traveller. Carlotta was amazingly helpful and friendly. Very close to the public buses and airport bus.

Parking is always a challenge, although there is free public parking further from the beach. Condition of the rooms and fixtures acceptable but beginning to show their age.

Our second stay in three years Great staff, amazing location by the beach and close to restaurants. Handy small kitchen, balcony overlooking the beach, good-sized beds, spacious bathroom (shower with a view of the beach). Good value. Plan to stay there again.

The apartment is outdated, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable! Although the hotel has nothing to do with it, but there was loud music coming from the restaurant every night, though they stopped at 11:00 pm.

The location is absolutely amazing! We had a panoramic view of Paguera Beach. The apartment was directly next to the beach and close to the Palmira 1 bus station.

Excellent view of the beach, clean and very warm sea. Nearby is a bus stop to the airport, shops and a supermarket Lidl. The room has a good set of utensils for cooking. Friendly administrator, the keys were in the lockbox, after checking out of the room we were allowed to leave our things until the evening. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Perfect location right by the beach. Lovely spacious balcony with a beach view. The member of staff I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and made the whole stay very easy and relaxing.

The only thing I would mention is the lack of a parking close by, but it's not a fault of the hotel.

Everything, the position was perfect, just 2 steps from the beach and the street with all coffee and restaurants. Very clean, with everything you need. Carlota was also very kind and helpful.

Inner Niza is a nice place to stay for few nights. The reception is very hospitable and always reachable by phone. Directly by the sea (you can hear the sound in the night in your room :)) it's perfect for spending your day at the beach or strolling around the area. Next to there are nice restaurants and a lot of possibilities to make a great hike. Definitely recommend!
