Close to the airport also free transport to the airport. Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed.

The hotel uses their own service to directly confirm our credit card guaranteeing the reservation suggesting cancellation of our reservation if we failed to do it with their link. It got confusing because their requests preceded Bookings notifications and it could had been considered as a malicious attempt by others to tamper with our personal information. It took us time to find that the link was legitimate and to date our card appears to be OK.

Location, very close to the airport and offering a shuttle service. Nice facilities.

Breakfast was full of choices, fresh. Large restaurant, common rooms are open and clean, lots of space and light. Friendly helpful staff, and the airport shuttle was an added convenience that was greatly appreciated .

|We had no view other than a concrete wall. Got an accessible room when we didn't need it., so sink was very low. Swimming pool was not operational.

Honestly, it’s a little bit sad that the swimming pool is not available on September 15th, when the weather is still great. But it’s ok — rules are rules.

The tub entry/exit is on the curved end and I almost slipped getting out. The marble floor in the bathroom is also very slippery when wet. Something for elderly or people with mobility issues to be aware of.

It's older but clean and stylish. Check in and checkout were extremely easy and efficient. The hotel shuttle was timed perfectly for my pickup and return to the airport. Communication via Whatsapp was very helpful since I was traveling internationally.

Great location to the airport for overnight or short stays with free shuttle bus. Breakfast was great with options and onsite restaurant for other meals. Pool side was so relaxing. Highly recommended!

We stayed for one night and everything was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms and bathroom were big and clean. It was within walking distance to a large shopping complex where we spent half the day as we had a late flight, lots of food choices. The pool looked lovely, we didn't use it, and there is a small garden area that you could sit in. The bus shuttle was free to and from the airport which was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if coming to madrid.

A decent hotel, very close to the airport — it only takes about 5 minutes to get there. We arrived by car and had no problem parking on the street, although the hotel also offers underground parking for an additional fee. The room was quite spacious, although there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. Overall, it’s a good option for staying one night before a flight.

Although the breakfast had some very nice elements, including a large selection of fresh fruit, some elements could be improved. The yoghurt was too warm, and the scrambled eggs were relatively salty. Nevertheless, it was still a great experience.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport every hour, which was very convenient.
