The kitchen needs some improvment but for one day was fine for me.

Well located with nice staff. Every room has bathroom which was really clean. We could set the tempreture in the bedroom so for me this was the most important thing. I felt safety and I enjoyed my time here!

The bed was not so comfortable and the blankets not warm enough, I was cold during the night.

The place is very well located, in the city main part so near all restaurants, stores and stuff. Did not love the room but for a hostel it was acceptable. The bathroom was big. In the middle of the night a guy entered the room and woke up me and the two other girls who were spending the night (it was a female room) so we asked him why he was there he looked confused and left to talk to the staff. He did nothing wrong I just presumed they gave him the wrong room card but very unsafe for a hostel.

Lift wasn’t working sometimes - the water did not work the morning we were leaving so we couldn’t shower before we left. There was just enough to clean our teeth.

Beds made a lot of noise when moving in them, plus the doors only shut properly if you slammed them, which was frustrating at night.

The roof terrace and rooftop common areas were great ways to meet people and be social, the kitchen area also had 2 stoves to cook on and an electric heater to warm the place up in the evenings.

The dorm room door key took 2 or 3 tries to open (others in the room had the same problem). It wasn't possible to shut the door quietly, so it was very noisy when people came and went at night.

A great central location with good views from the terrace and kitchen. Friendly staff and fellow guests. The bunk beds were quite sturdy, so I wasn't disturbed when the person in the other bed moved. Free left luggage service.

Unfortunately, the rooms are not well acoustically insulated. I could hear my neighbour snoring all night and speaking at the phone at 5 am...

The hostel is very nice and well placed at the very core of the city of Toledo. You can easily visit the city by foot. Rooms are clean and spacious. The rooftop is a nice plus to have a drink at sunset :)

The wifi on the second floor did not work, the one on the third floor did, but was a bit slow on the second floor. The door was stuck so it was difficult to get in. The rooms for four people were very small.

The only thing was there wasn't a lot of space to store your things if you're in the top bed. Can't close the door to the terrace either because the bed is in the way.

Nice staff. I arrived an hour before check-in started, but it was no problem to check in early. Toledo is a beautiful town, so what you get for the money is amazing! The rooms have a little terrace too. Didn't get to use any of the facilities unfortunately.

When I got there early, the door to the kitchen was closed. I left my breakfast in the refrigerator when I checked out. Be careful if you want to go early in the morning. Some pets have outlets and some do not.

The staff lady was very kind. The inn is very close to the square. I stayed in the women's room. The kitchen is on the roof and has a great view. Please use it.

The hostel was very good. One of the guests that was on the same room as I, started to urinate in the middle of night on my bed. Which was a very bad experience, but it's not the hostel fault that sometimes they have bad guests. I immediately called the receptionist, Jessica, and she without hesitating gave a new room. More receptionists are needed like Jessica, that are kind and compressive.
