Noisy room because of "paper" walls.

Perfect location, walking distance to barceloneta, beach, port, zoo, city center, park ciutadela, aquarium, metro, everything was close. Rich breakfast and kindly receptionists. Nice hotel terrace and lobby.

Light bulbs needed replacing on balcony. TV programmes too limited. Rather expensive especially as pool & pool bar not operational.

I already new the location from previous visits to Barcelona - it's perfect! Breakfast was very good as were the staff. Private balcony was great.

The terrace was only open from 1-9 pm which was a shame.

The room space is less than desirable and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling …

The location is wonderful and easy to hop on and off the city bus, which is great transportation and ease of access. The Terrace with the cafe and pool were not open which was a little disappointing but we understood due to the month. The downstairs cafe and bar were wonderful, it was really convenient and had a nice variety of sandwiches & pastries. The staff was outstanding each and everyone were genuinely kind, but we were most impressed with Maria Luz! She always knew our order, had great customer service skills and was welcoming to our friends!

The only problem was the plastic cups for tea coffee facilities. They split when boiked water poured into them. Very dangerous

The hotel is not responsive to messages via the booking.com chat service. I wanted to add a birthday package to my stay if possible for my partners 25th birthday. On two separate occasions I messaged the hotel but did not receive any response from them. We had a room with a balcony, great size but unfortunately not quite private enough. The divider had gaps in which allowed us to look onto the neighbours balcony and vice versa, I would not have felt comfortable spending my time on there had both rooms been out on the balcony at the same time.

The size of the room was very spacious and was decorated very modern. The terrace was a nice social hub with often quite a few guests choosing to spend their chill time there. Although near a busy street and train station, the rooms were quiet on an evening and allowed a good nights sleep. The view from the room was nice too. Very easy to get around the city from this location, taxis would often drive past along with a bus stop being directly outside the doors. The reception staff were friendly on check in and out and seemed to want to help in any way they could.

Nothing to not like.

Perfect location near harbour, Gothic quarter & Born. Metro nearby. Clean & bright room & beautiful terrace for evening drinks. Felt safe in the area.

Great terrace with pool however we would have liked to be open earlier than midday at least for the guests.

Perfect Location for walking around the gothic quarter, the beach. Close to the airport and transportations including Hop on and hop off. Great terrace, spacious room. Lovely and friendly staff.

The location is perfect! It is very close to the beach but also the city isn’t far. There’s public transportation close to the hotel too. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. If id go to barcelona again it would definitely be in this hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was great value for money compared to other hotels. The staff were extremely helpful luggage and ordering taxis. It was very clean and felt in a very safe area. I would highly recommend the coffee in the cafe that’s part do the hotel, that was a nice surprise as hotel coffee isn’t usually great!

I couldn't fault anything. There was a lovely roof terrace with pool on the second floor that was unfortunately not open during our stay (March) but this was opening in April for the warmer weather. This was clear on the hotel details before booking.

Excellent location near the metro and short walks to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The cleanliness was superb and given the price our room was spacious, with a fridge and a daily room clean, making it good value. Our request for a quiet room and twin beds was accommodated. This did mean there was no view from the room (windows to the bathroom and bedroom faced onto small open air gaps/wells within the building) but it did mean there was natural light - room 417 on 4th floor and our room was quiet as requested - you can't have it all). My teenage daughter and I both found the beds very comfortable. The 24 hr check in was useful as we had a late flight for arrival and the luggage store on our final day was also useful as we had a late departure flight. The staff were all friendly and efficient, helping us with some directions to places of interest. The only problem that we had was the operation of the safe in the room (I caused a problem when setting it) and it had an error code and constant beeping noise. This was mentioned to the member of staff as we left for the day and was resolved by the time we returned that afternoon. Perfect.

The staff are very friendly. The location is great as it's next to a metro and near the beach. Also the train station is just around the corner making it easy to get to if coming from the airport

Needed a washcloth and conditioner. Hallway was loud, was woken up many times in the evening and early morning. Didn't know the patio and pool would be closed, should have received a discount for not having the amenities that were advertised.

Location was central to my interests. Rooms were very clean. Beds very comfortable. Concierge team were exceptional! Cafe hostesses were friendly and helpful.

The time of the day rooms were cleaned.Frequently at 3 or 4 pm it woul be better if they cleaned them earlier.

Everything was great. Location was excellent right next to the marina and 15 mins from La Rambla. 1 minute from nearest metro. Located on a square which is very safe. Modern hotel and the room was perfect. Would absolutely recommend.
