The room cleaning service was not great the second day, we did not get new towels and it seemed that it was half done. Additionally, if paying directly through the hotel website you get more benefits, such as free parking (which is actually a must when visiting Lanzarote, as most people rent a car to visit the island).

Lanzarote is a beautiful place, and staying at this hotel made it even better. It is in a nice location, with a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and initially we had an error with the booking, and they solved it with a smile.

We enjoyed our stay (2 adults + toddler) - our studio was spacious, pools were heated, great selection during breakfasts and we also treated ourselves a few times to dinner buffets and these were great too. So many staff is taking great care of this place from cleaning the rooms daily, to servicing pools, maintaining the garden, serving food, receptionists, etc. and all of them were friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

The weather wasn’t great so in the evening it was a bit colder than usual, extra blankets were provided but found the AC didn’t heat the room as we would have liked.

As soon as you walk in it was warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is big and it’s a good location.

There is building work in two separate positions around the hotel, which does not finish until 18.30hrs 5 days a week. This could have been mentioned In their 'fine print section '.

The staff on reception were very heloful with a problem with our 1st room. The 2nd room was very spacious. The bed was large and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice both hot and cold, also plenty of tables both inside and outside, so no waiting.. The position of hotel was very good with easy access to 2 beaches and plenty of restaurants.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Fresh cooking station every day was an added bonus. Room was large and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Best location of anywhere we have stayed in Teguise.

The towels had seen better days and the storage in the room could have been better - there were only two small drawers. But plenty of hanging space. Also there was no policy about the sun beds. Unless you got up at 6am to claim one you did not stand a chance. It was very frustrating.

Lovely bright modern room, with balcony overlooking the pool. Sunny in mornings . Great variety at breakfast. Lots of restaurants and bars just outside the hotel, and in the resort... there are 3 beaches within a few minutes walk . A special mention of the staff ,They were very pleasant and professional without exception,

Bed was ok but I'd prefer a bit wider. During check-out I've got a check for drinks from the pool but I never order anything there. Incident was quickly solved but I'd recommend hotel team to pay more attention to who is ordering what.

Great location in 5-7 min from the beach and very close to restarants and shops. Breakfast was included and was very good with many options including gluten free. They even provided cava for breakfast. :) Dinner (buffet) was also served, every night menu is different, 18 euro if bought same day. Room has kettle, refrigerator and balcony that protects from wind but provides nice view to swimpool. There are two pools in the hotel, both heated, with bars and small pools for children. Parking is provided for 10 euro per night. Public parking available around.

View from balcony was of a construction site, different room with different view would have been better but only a little thing.

Building works

Rooms were comfortable. Location was excellent. Breakfast could be better, it was geared for the Europeans not particularly for the English palate.

Pool bar was very limited, but close to so many amenities, it didn't spoil our stay.
