Noisy choey corridors, when thoughtless customers returned late at night (sadly, Brits ☹) Room rather small and cramped.

The rooms were very average, weird smell and the shower head was broken so had to be handhold for showering. Beds were not very comfortable and only one little pillow each. No sound insulation at all so you could hear everyone all night long in the stairwell or other rooms

It's quite a dated hotel, but adds some character!

Great location next to the beach in Conil, and near lots of good bars and restaurants. Paid parking outside, but reception can tell you where the free parking is (Along the beach to the left)

The room was fine but could have been slightly bigger. Also, it would have been nice to have a kettle to make a hot drink in the morning, but it didn't really matter.

The location was great. I had a small balcony on the side street, looking towards the palm-lined seafront. The staff at reception were extremely kind and pleasant as I was going in and out of the hotel a lot and asking them questions. There are good places to eat literally on the door-step.

Mattresses not very comfortable, but still clean and functional. Noisy from people passing by at night, but expected as right on edge of town.

Ideally situated opposite the beach and right on the edge of town. Fantastic value and really clean. Basic, but everything you need. Staff very professional, bar next door too. Balcony overlooking the sea. I love staying in this hotel when in Conil.

Furnishing is a bit dated. They weren't able to tell us in advance whether we would get a twin or double room and gave us a twin when we would have preferred a double.

Good location close to the old town and the beach with plenty of parking available nearby (at least when we visited outside the high season). Nice little balcony overlooking the street. Decent value, had all the necessities.

No kettle to make hot drinks.

Good friendly reception. Free parking away from the hotel in local car park, across roundabout.. not too far away. Super clean rooms and communal areas. Downstairs bar/restaurant with good food. Near beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The room had a tiny balcony with table and 2 chairs, really nice to sit and see passers by on the pathways.

Excellent location, sea view, balcony, clean comfortable room, air con, evening meal and breakfast at the hotel restaurant excellent, large free car park 200 mtrs away, easy walk into the town centre, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Excellent beach, great for early morning walks, breakfast at the beach side cafes.

I like the friendly of the staffs and the cleniness of the premises, the room was spacious and quiet. Very friendly and wheeling to help and acomodate. Will definitely go back and recommend it.

If you're driving in, beware of the narrow roads & you can only park along the beach and it is paid. The room stank of cigarette smoke despite being a "smoking free" room. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. This town is pointless to visit anyway - it's super boring, it has nothing you can't just get at any other Spanish old town.

The lift was very noisy. The general decor was old fashioned and out of date. The restaurant was closed so had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

We liked the location. Although there was a lift access was via three steps.
