The air con could have been stronger.

Me and my husband both loved the urgency the staff were to help you. The complex was super clean and the food and drinks were delicious. Luckily our room was ready for us a lot earlier than we was told online. Cleaning staff lovely and attentive. Happy bar staff.

It might not be a good choice for people with limited mobility. I also recommend renting a car, as it makes getting around much easier if you want to go elsewhere. There is a fairly long and steep road to climb to get to the hotel.

The location is high up, so the views are amazing! Friendly staff. Breakfast very good. The possibility to enjoy breakfast also on the outdoor terrace is great. Several swimming pools. Rooms clean and well maintained.

I didn*t have Netflix. I notified the reception after two days. The next day someone came but didn^tfix it.I think it was the TV!!??

Breakfast it was very good. Staff was very frendly. Thank you, Mohamed from the reception, for all. The hotel was verry clean.It was quiet. The Amadores beach is 15 minutes away by foot.

We've been coming here a few years now, and the rooms are looking very tired! Bathrooms and furniture need updating. Cleaning isnt what it used to be either

Views are amazing! Staff are really helpful and friendly especially Mohamed at reception who was super helpful. Gym is great overlooking the ocean. Large, furnished balcony. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice! Would stay again ❤️

The bar at the entrance to the car park should have a larger sign to indicate “no walking down the hill” due to the steepness.

The hotel was excellent, rooms spotless with the added extra of sunbeds on a large balcony. The Pool area had a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were B&B, breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot & cold food & drinks.

Our room 203,it took 4 lifts to get to reception, our view was mostly rocks and the rubbish that got stuck to them,apartment constantly smelled of sewage

Place was clean,staff were lovely especially a lady named Lucy,she was at breakfast most mornings, very friendly and always helpful to everyone, pools were big but very cold

Poor entertainment at night The lifts were very slow- we had to get three to get to the apartment. The hotel very high up on the hill, had to get taxis alot if you prefer to socialise at mogan mall centre.

There was just entertainment on a saturday night which was fine as theres plenty at eropa centre 5 min walk away .

Pool are sun loungers need replacing. A lot of them are grubby and mouldy and the big cushioned beds at the back are unusable they’re so grubby. The newly refurbished Puerto Azul across the road is really noisy at night and the kids play area is directly opposite Ocean Hill so despite the adults only joy at OH, you can hear shrieking kids till late at night.

Love the location, rooms are large and always squeaky clean, very high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Staff at breakfast and pool bar are so nice. Breakfast is fantastic with loads of choice.

The staff are all lovely. Views amazing. Tiniest gripe would be two days out of seven maids are off which I completely understand but it would really help lots if an extra set of towels were left for the day that they’re off. They do an amazing job keeping the whole place spotless. Breakfast is lovely as are the breakfast staff. Reception staff are lovely…..especially David who was super helpful. Sad to have left but we will be back soon :-)
