The hotel can’t do anything about a cloudy day ;)

The room was perfect, a wonderful space to relax after our explorations of the beautiful nature of Ibiza. The staff were absolutely attentive and kind, i was surprised to greeted in Swedish at the front desk. At arrival we were even welcomed with a drink in the rooftop bar with a view of the ocean. The room was well looked after, very clean, modern and equipped with all you might need. Some things we hadn’t even thought of ourselves! The bed was incredible, the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel! Also, it smells like a spa everywhere! Would definitely come back anytime.

The only thing we really didnt like was that they gave us a room where the balcony was facing some old apartments. That ruined the view, so we kept the window curtain closed. I would recommend pool or beach front view only. Other than that. The hotel itself was very nice.

The staff was nice. They gave us good advice on where to go for lunch and entertainment. The hotel was beautiful, right on the beach. The location was perfect. It was only a 10 minute ride to the beach clubs, old town, the clubs, and just 15 minutes from the airport. The taxi rides were 9-15 €. We caught the boat to Fermentara right in front of the hotel. The rooftop bar had delicious bites, and we ate dinner there one night. The lobby with beach view was stunning. The room was well equipped but was a little different than we wete used to but still nice.

Could've used a late check out but the hotel was fully booked so unfortunately they couldn't accommodate this. Nothing else to complain about!

This was a surprise stay for my wife's 40th birthday and she loved it. Room was fantastic with a beautiful view across the bay. Location is perfect, close enough that you can walk everywhere and far enough away its not loud at night. Roof top bar and pool are stunning and the food was superb. Pay extra for the breakfast, its definitely worth it!

The staff are brilliant, reception, pool, waiters everyone is confident in their role and helpful. Great breakfast and food available on rooftop. This is our 2nd time here and the location is ideal - the rooms are fine, its a bit pricey but so is Ibiza !

First night spent in room with windows onto the atrium so very noisy and no sleep. the staff were responsive to ur request to move and the next two nights in a quieter room were fine. The room design was not very practical given that it was quite large. Very little easily used storage space. We thought it was odd that there was no washing up equipment in the kitchen. Great location and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay but some things should be addressed.

We booked two rooms for a couple and friends. Both rooms were beside each other and both facing the beach which was amazing. Waking up to that view was such a treat. We had breakfast at the hotel twice, while on the pricy side €35PP the selection and drinks were great along with the staff There are two pools at the hotel and the popular one being on the room never felt crowded and the bar staff were fantastic and attentive. We frequently requested taxi's from reception and they were almost always available within 2 minutes.

Hotel and room were fantastic. Spacious, comfortable, quality, location and sea view. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Concierge Alexandria found us some great locations to eat and drink. Loved the rooftop bar. Will hopefully be back soon.
