The bed was too soft for my taste and spine. All hotels use synthetic bed sheets, it seems. The design in some rooms were so that using the bide is not really possible but that is the minor issue.

The ladies that work at the reception were great. With one of them we had a short discussion about the possibility of changing my room due to the ironing room smell, she accommodated me with full understanding even though first she said no, but that was due to the language barrier. She was later genuinely so helpful, it warmed my heart. The brealfast is good. The location is perfect. I liked the inner patio, it was cute.

The bed kept moving on the shiny floor, into the bedside shelf.

The ensuite shower and loo weren't closed off so the room seemed bigger. Decent storage. Table and chair. Lift.

We stayed in one of the DELUXE DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE. This was a mistake on our part as the room was a bit too cramped and small for two people; we should have looked for and selected a bigger room.

Great location. Central and convenient to everything that Granada has to offer. Alitia at Reception was very, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

This place is well situated in the old city with all the amenities plus transportation around it. Cleanliness is par excellence. Room was meticulously cleaned everyday.All the front desk ladies were pleasant and always ready to help. They guided me well on the off beat attractions. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Lack of a breakfast room with the need to choose a time to eat. Our room had a disabled toilet without any shower screen wich caused the whole bathroom to be flooded.

The walls are very thin- at least in my particular room. I was kept awake by my neighbors two nights.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself is very beautiful. The staff are always excellent and happy to help. I stayed in a smaller room than usual this time but it was still very comfortable.

It’s sooooooo noisy at night! Couldn’t sleep all three nights we were there. Delivery trucks, bottles recycling crashing, drunken disasters yelling in the street. It’s super noisy.

Crampy bath space me and my husband both slipped once will taking bath , and 1 water bottle of water provided between 2 people for total stay of 2 days , plus charges for water bottle was 10 euro which is too much.

Spanish cities became tourist trap when you want to travel by cars. Next time better to book a hotel outside of the city which you don't pay 21-30Euros per day parking and possible fines due to 20km/h or 30km/h speed limits or camera watched roads.

Staff very helpful!!! Umbrella for a rainy day was a real help!!! Breakfast to the room was perfect!!! Reception helped for car parking (Victoria - 21Euros next to the hotel) and car plate registration to avoid the possible non-sense fines and very important warning for road-closures.
