We are both coeliacs (no gluten) and the breakfast could have been better more choice bread and cereals.

Very grand building. Our room was very spacious in the main hotel on the fourth floor. Lovely grounds and terrace area.

Some of the sockets in the room were not working. The Coffee machine and the bathroom socket were unoperational. It did not matter to me as I was on my own and I just used different ones:). Having said so, on arrival, I was offered an upgrade to a very nice large room, but as I asked to be on a higher floor the room was ready for me straight away and maybe that was why the sockets hadn’t been checked. Otherwise I had a lovely stay. A Nespresso machine at the breakfast buffet would have been lovely and strangely enough there was only one bedside table, 😀, but again, as I was on my own it didn’t matter. The hotel was very nice and I am sure this were isolated issues and anyone staying would have a brilliant time.

The location was very good and the staff was friendly and very professional. The hotel is a mixture of Modern and classic style and was very clean.

It's hard to find fault with the hotel - if one is being picky, then I would say the spa facilities could be a little more comprehensive & the massage slightly less expensive.

The room was superb - spacious, light, airy and very well appointed. As we were staying 3 nights, we were given a rather special room, fairly close the reception area, which occupied a corner of the building - highly recommended. This was certainly the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week tour of southern Spain. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast too and Granada - well what can one say 'it's divine!'.

The staff are wonderful, everyone made us feel homely. My 5 year old loved all the attention and smiles she received. It is close to everything and very convenient parking, valet service was impeccable and the restaurant staff are great and amazing. A true bonus and asset to the hotel.

The price of the breakfast is outrageous when you only want a continental breakfast .hotels such as this will suffer when people realise how ridiculous 22 euros is for tea and toast. Also parking at 26 euros per day combined with breakfast at 22 are unsustainable.

We found the bath quite the most uncomfortable we’ve ever used. Also nowhere to hang bath robes, not enough coat hangers. But the worst thing was the bath.

Steam room was not working at the spa. Even though the parking belongs to the hotel they charge €26 to park a car.

The location of the hotel is very good, 5-10 minutes walking time to the main spots in town. We had a very spacious room in the old building, very comfortable and quiet, really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent, maybe the choice was not the widest possible, but everything was in a good quality. Also the staff was helpful and made our visit to Granada as convenient as possible.
