Every detail was at least average. Nothing to dislike

The house was so cost with 3 separate bedrooms and a saloon+open kitchen. The beds and the pillows(we had the visco ones also) were so comfortable. It was really clean and there were enough equipment in kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect. We had the password for the apartment and house with whatssap message and had no problem to get in the house. We got the communication by whatssap and got the answers to questions immediately. I recommend the place to groups of 6 and less.

There's a selection of apartments so the photos aren't of just one they are of the different ones so hard to tell what you end up with. Operators that have multiple listings should indicate which apartment is which. We ended up with the loft which was great other than the top room defying science, hot air should rise but it was freezing up there and no extra blankets available. There was old split system unit still on the wall but no remote. Staff was not really helpful with the difficulties we had on arrival, after a 19+ hour flight with kids in tow plus with limited phone connection. The app doesn't work properly so could not access some services or notifications and they just did not meet us half way it was their way or highway no attempt to be helpful. It was challenging but got there in the end.

For context we are reviewing the loft with no outward facing windows, and the spiral stair case. Clean, useful facilities, fab showers, multiple bathrooms. Comfy beds, enough pillows and great heating/cooling (with exception of upstairs room) . Neighbourhood was great and conveniently located near all amenities and transport.

Very good communications with the management company. The apartment appears to have been recently renovated and is in great condition, reasonably well equipped kitchen and overall very clean. Great neighbourhood with a Metro stop a couple of hundred metres away.

I Liked the apartment itself and I liked the location. I also liked the great responsiveness of the landlord helping in everything very fast. I will surely visit again and hopefully can book this specific apartment again.

A strong smell of trash that was there all the time and especially strong while we were entering the apartment. We couldn’t find the source of it, but it was disgusting

Bedroom at front can be noisy as the Madridlianos do like to party !- Thursday night through Saturday night into the morning and the apartment is opposite Sala Clamores - a live music venue.

Fantastic location, very clean and tidy and well equipped for our 2 week stay. Reception staff were always available and very prompt in responding to any requests.

Information before travelling about checking in was unclear and contradictory - had to contact the receptionist by phone & complete deposit & passport photos from my phone in the street (WhatsApp is their preferred method). Not clear if this could have been done in advance.

Receptionist was friendly and sorted out access to apartment when I contacted him. Apartment was recently refurbished, everything new and clean. Close to metro station, shops, bars, restaurants, easy 20 min walk to city centre.

The location is great and not noisy. Only 30min walk to main points. The apartment is very new, conditioning was working very well. Great location to super markets and metro. I was very positively suprised of provided bath products. Towels were big and high quality. The bed was very comfortable. My recomendation to refresh information regarding check in. The door has digital key and it works super great. There in no reason to write and instruct about physical which we haven’t seen. Also in one of the apartments we haven’t found info about WIFI. Also I would recomend to double check the list of facilities and provide accordingly.

The floors are squeaky as you walk around. You can hear the neighbours. Not a big issue for us.

The apartment had comfortable beds, two bathrooms and a comfortable living space. The whole apartment was bright with 2 small balconies and another window. The kitchen was adequate for cooking simple meals and there was a sharp cutting knife (rare in a short term rental!). Salt, pepper and sugar provided. No oil or spices etc. It was very clean and had a good vibe. We were previously staying in a hotel that cost more and was not half as nice so we were very happy with this apartment. Location is great in Chamberi. Check in is remote. keypad to enter building and lock pad on the door handle to enter apartment. The door handle lock pad was a bit tricky to use but we did figure it out.

The walls could be cleaned or repainted as they are very stained and look old. It's a shame as the flat is really great. The bathrooms could have accessibility, with grab bars for the elderly, for example. One of the guests, who was elderly, slipped and fell on the shower floor because there was nowhere to hold on. Fortunately, it was just a scary moment and there were no serious consequences.

I really liked the neighbourhood. The flat was bigger than I expected, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full suites and a mezzanine with a toilet. Very complete kitchen. Quiet top floor at night. Good AC system. Lift in the building. The two keys for the whole family (6) were enough and no problems in checking-in and checking-out. Understanding and approachable host.
