Excellent hotel, the palm trees 🌴, the pool (the heated one 😝), the atmosphere of the whole place and the STAFF!!! Especially Sonia (reception) was sooooo nice and helpful and the maids were amazing too (Irina is the best!!!). Thank you for everything, Palm Oasis! We’ll go back for sure. 😎☀️🌴☀️🌊

The buffets. We only went to the restaurant twice (one dinner/one breakfast) and it wasn't amazing tbh. I would actually recommend the ala carte instead. That was delicious.

Great hotel! I would definitely recommend it. It was a big place, but the way the villas were located, made it seem more intimate and gave it a 'village vibe'. Lots of sunbeds and great pools. Could've wanted a bit more from the kiddy pool. We used our kitchen every day and loved it. Lot's of grocery shopping in the area, so I would definitely choose that over all inclusive. Great balcony with a view over the ocean.

The food could be better but you get what you pay for. It's cheap and cheerful. Twin beds. Preferred a king but we made do. Some will say it's out of town but there is a huge number of taxis and a. Minibus service to the beach should you want to drag yourself away from the amazing pool. My advice is to stay at the pool.

The pool area is exceptional. Better than many 5 star hotels. The size of the accommodation for the money is exceptional. Lovely staff Great parking facilities Handy little supermarket

As I mentioned earlier, everything else here is very good. However, one night a male receptionist made me very angry. Firstly, the hotel only provided two small bottles of shampoo and shower gel on the first day, and we also saw information that they would not replace them. One night when we came back to buy shower gel from the supermarket, we found that it was already closed, so we went to the receptionist to ask if we could have or even pay for two more bottles. However, before giving us, the receptionist told us not to use shower gel every day. After taking it out, he asked if we were Chinese. At that time, we felt strange, and then he said something like our president Xi saying not to use shower gel every day. It was absurd, maybe it's a joke but We are well aware of what stereotypes and biases are, but we feel that there is no need to say that in a vacation hotel and such things have ruined my mood for the night. When I saw other comments before I come here also said that a male receptionist is rude，I don't know if it was the same. So I hope to strengthen the service capabilities of the reception and employees. Of course some of them are very kind.

The environment of this hotel is very good, and the scenery is also very beautiful. I think the rooms are neatly organized, and it is very convenient to go to Maspalomas. You can take a bus for free, and the swimming pool and sun chairs here can be used. There is also a cafeteria. I think there are many types of cafeterias, and the service staff have a good attitude. There is also a laundry room.

Air conditioning because the weather was particularly hot. I appreciate it was out of the summer schedule for air conditioning, but a back up plan in hot weather to turn it on would benefit the comfort of the guests. A better bar area in the evening for socialising with music. Even us oldies appreciate music and a bar with atmosphere

Our room was amazing with a beautiful view of the pool. The pool areas were exceptionally good, with jacuzzis in each pool as well as a stand alone one. Our room was kept clean by the very hard working staff and towels changed whenever you required clean ones. All staff were pleasant and helpful and nothing too much trouble. The daytime bar area was pleasant with a varied menu and happy hour was appreciated.

The resort ‘pub’ was rarely open and there was only entertainment scheduled for 2 nights out of our week stay - only 1 act turned up even then it seemed there were more interested in their free meal! As a result, no atmosphere in the evenings which is a shame due to the hotels location. The hotel is situated a little further out but they provide a free shuttle to the beach and taxis wait outside. If the location were closer to the beach/bars, admittedly this hotel would be too cheap!

The pool and surrounding area are beautiful and brilliantly designed, whichever sunbed you choose was quiet and felt like a ‘Palm Oasis’. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and spotless, the onsite supermarket fairly priced (although an Aldi is soon to be opening next door). Restaurant buffet was varied and a decent quality.

The dining area is limited, if you go late then you have good chance to wait for a free table.

We had half board, all food was good and nice variety. Pools and surrounding are incredible. Clean and just like an oasis. Room is spacious and clean we had the bigger apartment type. Staff friendly and helpful.

I think the food needs to be better my whole family said that is the only down fall we can say the quality of the food ain't good the produce ain't good either cheap food Also the cocktails at the pool bar Is not good either poor quality again that's why we always eat out or cook in the room

This place is amazing on every level its just beautiful the gardens are wonderfull they work hard to keep them amazing the rooms are huge and very well cleaned the pools are lovely and always at a good temperature this was my second time there and will come back. Out from all the hassle and bustle but close to enough to get a quick taxi

The jacuzzi outdoor could be warmer, the bathtub should be repaired somehow, looks not clean and there’s some damage on surface

The size of our apartment was huge. It's balcony is spectacular with great views of the ocean and Maspalomas lighthouse. The cleanliness is great. The staff are extremely helpful especially Julian at the pool café and the hotel store staff. They seem to love their work. Great atmosphere at the property.
