There were a lot of late teens/young adults were quite noisy in the early hours but they were all pleasant enough.

Nice all inclusive hotel, as you'd expect good location and nice cheerful helpful staff. Standard all inclusive buffet food not amazing but not the worst either

My partner prescription glasses disappeared from room ..think maybe ended up in laundry after cleaners been in.difficult to explain to hotel..staff very friendly

.The bed, we are a couple. The bed are 2 single bed, joint together. Can't sleep properly, the bed keep moving.

I like the location.. Reception staffs are friendly.

The only thing that disadvantaged the hotel was the size of the pool which in our opinion was a little too small

The staff were excellent in all ways , the food was of a good standard and the hotel managed the covid situation very well .

Hotel is dated, food was cheap but not good, very cheap and uncomfortable beds. Location is not so great.

The pool area got shaded very quickly and closed at 6pm! The breakfast room was so noisy every morning, they packed way to many people in and all you can hear is plates banging really loudly, the staff just keep taking the crockery off the table. I understand the plates needed to be washed but at least give the guest some time. One morning we wernt even finished eating and the plate was grabbed from under us. Air Con wasn't the best either and our balcony door didn't lock.

The location was great, staff we're helpful and the room was very clean.

Not a 4 star. Day staff not friendly, cocktails all tasted the same and very little alcohol in them. Pool tiny many beds close together and shaded. A member of hotel staff shut down the polo game because of a noise complaint at 2:00 in the afternoon! No music, no fun! Wear a mask to get food but ok with no mask to sit down. Mask exemption not taken into consideration.

Cleaned every day, towels changed etc sheets not changed. Great location, night staff friendly.

there were RATS in the attic (above our room) walking all night long so I couldn’t fall asleep until 4 am. there was no soap in the bathroom and I haven’t received even after asking we were welcomed by a very unfriendly receptionist when we asked to make a complaint other receptionists took it personally and rolled their eyes with very bitter faces. the air-conditioning has a truck engine - it makes lots of noise there is no balcony no one accompanied us to the room - we had to find it ourselves you couldn’t take the elevator to the last floor so we has to drag the luggage up the stairs. i had other expectations from a 4* hotel and the price practiced

When I got in the room first the door to the balcony was not working could not lock it ... A few days later I was locked in the bathroom, I could not open the door the handle was wobbling I knocked non-stop for around 20 min(Thankfully the cleaning lady heard me from the corridor). When I told to the receptionist they did not even apologize or anything ...

The food was very bad,no taste at all just cheap food. All inclusive-there is non-even water in the fridge to drink, at the swimming pool they have plastic glasses. I would never recommend this place.

The AC in the room was so noisy that couldn’t be used o/n. Our room was definitely not soundproofed, we could hear the next door client snoring all night long (so imagine other activities…). Breakfast was British low standard: no fresh juices, watery “coffee”, kind of crispy “bacon”,

had to move rooms after first night as balcony door wouldn’t lock and sink was leaking underneath. breakfast was carnage, like feeding time at the zoo. they also allow people to “towel sun loungers” and leave them all day so noone else can use them. very dated ….

Stayed B&B. 5 Nights. Moved from Cala Bona Catalonia Del Mar (Marvellous Hotel) - wanted to explore the area hence the move. Breakfast food very good and a wide variety and plenty of it. Some of the guests made the most of the beer on tap very early in the morning!! Reception area was nice, vending machines for snacks and drinks provided, however the contents were very expensive! €1.50 for a small packet of crisps! Very small pool area. Looks huge on the website! Misleading! The pool was out of use for at least one day whilst we were there. Not sure why? Entertainment during the day provided which some guests seemed to like. Staff not too welcoming when we arrived. Hardly said a word!! The location/Area bit grubby to the rear. (Mostly a Residential area). Hotel needs a renovation especially to the individual rooms, which are small and the beds are cheap and flimsy, so not too comfortable. The throw and cushions were stained, so they were put away immediately. Felt we should clean the room before settling in. The en-suite is very small. The photos on the website are lovely and appealing but we were quite disappointed from the get go… No coffee/tea making facilities, however there was a small fridge, which came in very handy. The fact that they charge for the safe is outrageous in this day and age. I would say it’s a 2/3 star not a 4! Will not stay again.

To be very honest, not too much! The view to the front of the Hotel, once you look past the main road - very pretty.

Average breakfast. Floor could have been cleaner in Venue. Tables could have been cleaned more regularly. Pool didn’t get the sun all day.

The location of the outside space let's the hotel down and the pool is very small and you are certainly chasing the sun
