It was all electric. Confusing. You wanted to put on a light but the blind would start going up. The architecture was weird. Huge metal contraption serving no purpose.

A slight feeling of pre-season. One restaurant not open. Pool area not open till 11 and no restaurant bar facilities by pool.

Bedrooms modern , light and lovely balconies enjoying gorgeous views. Fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzis overlooking the sea. Great location in Cadiz old town next to beautiful park.

The only tiny thing was that gym didn't open until 9am which was a bit late for me.

The room was large with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The breakfast offering in the restaurant was very large and had great options. The gym was great also.

Great location and an easy walk into centre of Cádiz old town. Lovely sea views. Lovely big, light and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet with attentive staff only too happy to order cooked breakfast options.

Breakfast hot service was off hand..eggs and bacon thrown at the plate. They were cold.There was a good choice of cold food, but a general sense of rush and understaffing. No positive ambiance. Not at all up to the standard of service or quality of main dining room ( which was great) and also excellent service in less formal eating area accross from it. All other areas and staff were great..

Balcony glass dirty wasn't cleaned during our stay. No tea/ coffee facilities in room. Stained carpets in hallways. Pool wasn't openndespite temperatures in mid high 20s mid March - no mention of this on booking. Breakfast cleaning up very noisy and wild birds pecking at communal food.

Great location with views out over ocean. Spacious room with view and balcony. Separate bath and shower/toilet. Great hanging space and drawers.

Actually, there wasn't anything to not like.

The design of the hotel is exceptional. The room design was really cool. The staff was nice. Beds comfy. Towels and sheets soft and pristine. The food was good.

The public areas are barren, sterile and ill designed. The cost of gin and Tonic frankly ridiculous for even a London bar. Staff were disinterested in general other than pleasant Laura in the bar (which felt like a faded sanitorium). Breakfast was sufficient but coffee machines awkward and unreliable.

The room and location were stunning, although the bathroom could have done with a more thorough clean. The bed was exceptional and the gadgetry fun. Parking was convenient.

The bathrooms and toilet arrangements were not something we liked. No privacy. See through glass to the bath and obscured glass to the toilet. Nothing left to the imagination! Not for us over 60’s I’m afraid. The headboard shelf above the bed is lethal!

Proximity to the old town of Cádiz. It seemed to have al the facilities for a summer visit. Most of the leisure areas were not open yet. View over towards the sea was worth paying for.

The rooms are bright, but the bathroom cannot be closed, the lavatory has only a glass door and no ventilation. From your pillow, you have a direct view to the toilet. Only for people, who enjoy that

Fixed times for breakfast Layout of washing facilities in room with noisy sliding doors. Dinner menu on the first night did not have 2 main courses that we asked for. We were not told before we ordered.

Pool wasn't open but it is outdoors and it was February.

Stunning views from all the rooms. The bed was really comfortable and although the rooms aren't huge the design is very good with a huge bath, excellent shower, sufficient wardrobe size, a desk, chairs and wonderful terrace. The breakfast was also great, such a choice and all fresh.
