Not my choice of pillows and extra charge for air-conditioning to be switched on apparently. Dinner was OK but not as good as two local restaurants we tried, and markedly more pricier than these.

Nice hotel, modern design compared to most Paradors. Good size room with comfortable beds. Great staff throughout. Very good breakfast.

Wi-Fi patchy. Fine in dining room and reception, almost unusable due to poor signal strength in room (at least in room 220!)

Well appointed hotel, close to town centre and next to a shopping/food centre. Buffet breakfast extensive, dining room very stylish, in an old well appointed meaning, as is the whole hotel. Enormous bathroom, well stocked with toiletries. Plenty of parking in front of hotel. Close to AP68 main road, about five minutes drive away.

No balconies at all in this hotel although Booking.com said there was one with our room. Breakfast quite expensive for what there was on offer. A bit disappointing compared to the previous Parador breakfast which was also cheaper. There really is no garden at all and there is no pool. Tea and coffee making facilities in room would have been a bonus.

Very good and helpful reception. Excellent dinner. Good toiletries. Fridge and safe in room, excellent. Lovely big room and comfortable beds although very dark furniture.

wooden floors make tremendous noise when you try to walk silently around. Including the visitors staying 1 storey above you... Also the noise from voices and tv next to my room was tremendously loud... Diner and breakfast are of very high quality, but they ain't cheap at all.

Although you can find more exiting buildings elsewhere in the Parador chain of hotels, also this one is a place of significant history and design. Every little detail gives it something special that you dont find in all these middle -of-the- road hotels; and this is called character. Well located in the middle of the town, yet quiet- apart from the things mentioned in the other chapter. Unfortunately you would want to forget about this town very quickly, nothing to see, nothing to do.

The room was noisy, the wall was from paper, so that we could hear the snoaring of the one in the room next to us. The bathroom was not cleaned up as it should be, no heat water. The dinner was not the dinner we ordered. The staff did'nt speak more than three words English, but they were friendly. We will take another hotel when we're going home.

However on this occasion as it was a Sunday evening we decided to eat in the restaurant which was a mistake. Whist the waiting staff were attentive they seemed not to understand when we pointed out that our food was not very good, nor very hot. As if it was food preprepared and reheated. Quite expensive for an experience we would not want to repeat.

Went down to restaurant in high anticipation.Stood waiting for anyone to seat us for 15 minutes, no staff entered the restaurant at all. People at tables were waiting for service. My partner eventually actually went a rapped on kitchen door, no response. By now several other people were waiting. We went to reception and complained, basically he said there was nothing he could do, the impression we got was this was a common problem. I have never had an experience like this in a Parador before and someone needs to ask what is going on!!
