To stay this hotel exceeded my expectations! Hotel is located in an old monastery building. The way how they could manage to preserve and emphasize this antiquity is impressive! Concerning facilities, cleanliness and comfort - all are perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hope, I will have a chance back to Plasencia in order to stay in this great hotel again!

It would’ve been nice to have a kettle in the bedroom with tea and coffee making facilities We had dinner in the restaurant it would have been nice to see the cost of a bottle of wine and not just cost for a half bottle

The car elevator to the underground car park was something of a shock to someone who is claustrophic. But very convenient. As a disabled bade holder it would have been handier to have been offered parking at the hotel`s other entrance.

The old world charm of the hotel, which we got in bucket loads. Probably one of the very best Paradores we have stayed in over the last 10 years.

The parking requires a little attention. Access is gained at a gate below the Parador and by using the intercom to buzz reception to open the gate. Once inside a car lift takes you to the car park.

One of the more exquisite Paradors in which to stay setting a high level of service, comfort, historical and architectural interest. Very comfortable room, a central location. Highly recommended.

The room, especially the bathroom, are dated and could do with some 'refreshment'. Not everyone likes a shower over a bath and the screen leaked, leaving a large puddle on the floor after showers.

The building is spectacular!! Much bigger than on first impression and full of atmosphere. Large room with comfy beds, good comfortable seating, balcony and nice views. Friendly staff. Nice pool. The garage parking was 'interesting' but we got used to it.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic with a great array of options available. Even has a pool. The location was perfect and the staff really helpful and even directed us to a free parking area!

Not much to complain about, the pillows could have been softer (stuffed foam) but as I do not take any chances I brought my own pillow! 😂

Great location, fantastic historic building, comfortable room, great breakfast (cooked breakfast separately ordered, good choice), good and safe garage and friendly and helpful staff. We will certainly return to this great Parador.

Internet was spasmodic which was hard when trying to get scores of AFL grand final!

The ambience of the building as soon as you walk in was cool and elegant. The rooms were large and had a separate seating area. The bathroom was very tasteful and user friendly. We loved the pool! The hotel was also close to Plaza de Mayor.
