Breakfast service a bit slow. Room had outstanding views. Whole building was magnificent.

The service in the bar could improve-they need more staff. We sat outside and waited for a server, but ultimately went to directly to bar. We wanted to order food around 7:30 and were told to wait until 8pm because the chef was eating- really? The breakfast servers work hard to accommodate everyone, but they are also understaffed.

The whole ambiance of the parador was special. You feel like you are in an Arabian palace. Sitting on the patio in the evening overlooking the valley was really nice. And the front desk staff was very friendly & helpful.

This is not directly related to the parador but there was incessant barking, yelping, and howling of neighborhood dogs. They seemed to be fighting all night long. Very disturbing.

The standard of the Parador is as ever excellent. The public rooms / lounge areas and views are wonderful too. Parking was a bonus.

I can't think of anything we didn't like - the hotel & it's ambience, the staff and the service were excellent

A sublimely beautiful hotel made up of a series of interlinked historic former houses joined into one with original courtyards. Although our bed room retained beautiful authentic original features eg shuttered windows, original beams it was very comfortable with modern facilities. The public spaces too retained charming original features giving a true sense of history. The staff were all without exceptional helpful, personable, eager to help and excellent at meeting customer  needs.

To have an really incredible stay we have missed included breakfast for the price that we paid. Slippers in the room would be a nice extra. The staff in the bar toom forever to take an order. Once we have waited 20minutes, waitres walking past us, completely ignorant of our willingnes to order.

Location of the hotel is exceptional. Just 10min walk to any point of interest in the city. The atmosphere is really royal. Overlooking the wast flatlands od Andalucia the views from the terrace and bar is stunning. There is free parking for the guests witch is a plus.

Warm, so slept with windows open. Hotel can’t help this, but throughout the night at least seven different dogs (!) were yelping and barking constantly, each feeding off each other’s barks. Probably end up closing the windows second night.

Excellent room with comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent shower and jacuzzi tub. Beautiful parador that befits living in a castle with amazing views that go for miles from your windows.

We had a fabulous room with the most amazing view over the plains. Comfy chairs and bed. The Parador itself is stunning, with interior Moorish courtyard and several areas for sitting, having drinks and meals.

Our bedroom door was opposite a door marked as 'service' and it was a bit noisy in the evening at about 8pm when people (presumably staff?) were gathered and talking loudly and this went on for some considerable time.

We stayed in a room with a balcony and had beautiful views of the plains below. As the hotel is on a hill you also get uninterrupted views for miles from the breakfast hall and we sat by a window every morning to have our breakfast and enjoy the views. There were plenty of Spanish style pastries and you can also order a cooked breakfast if that's what you prefer.

The restaurant service was a little slow. The tea bag selection in the room was limited. Otherwise there was very little to complain about.

Large comfortable room. Magnificent view from the window. Well appointed bathroom. The hotel was a magnificent building built within the walls of a 14th century palace. The interior courtyard in the Arab style was very impressive. The restaurant was large and had a good menu with several local specialities.

The room was too hot and the heating control was on its lowest setting. It was a cold day outside. I was ripped off when I ordered 2 gin and tonics. We had said we did not have any preference of gin but we were charged for a premium gin which cost 5 euros more. the total was 20 euros, far more than I had paid anywhere else.

Wonderful, beautiful in every way. Simply amazing. Tricky to get there but oh so worth it. Clean and unique. Staff exceptional, and food incredible.

Breakfast was very nice but chaotic. No proper table assignment, no cutlery, no napkins, no attentiveness, one person took 5 minutes just to change the table cloth of the table next to us: too many staff, just busy being busy in inefficient way. Next time, we will take early breakfast ;).
