Amazing castle/hotel! The outside/inside were true to a medieval theme- it was very nice.

The property is beautiful and the location too. The parador and room was cleaned and the furniture in the rooms was in accordance with the property style....the bathrooms need a little updated but in general they are acceptable. The property could benefit from some plants/flower arrangement to warm the ambiance. The service at the bar was basic. We did not try the restaurant.

The town was so quaint but driving in its narrow roads was pretty scary . But then again part of the charm.

The room was uncomfortably overheated and no way to turn off the radiators. We slept with the windows open all night - what a waste of energy.

I wish that the service in the bar and breakfast room was better! There was utter chaos when we ate breakfast. The staff decided that it was time to move around the furniture while we were eating. So, all around us, while we sat there, the chairs and tables were rumbling around. And around, and around. 3 times, all before the breakfast was over. I think that this was really unfair to us. And keep in mind, you pay extra for breakfast, it is not included.

Wonderful building with amazing history. Housekeeping staff was excellent. I totally recommend staying at this parador but I will never eat there again. Our experience in the bar and also in the restaurant was awful.

The cafeteria is closed until 11:30 am, after breckfast, which goes for 19€ per person. Why not offer the cafeteria option for those of us who choose to not have breckfast at the Parador? Very limited hospitality.

The staff in the restaurant: Attentive, kind and helpful….thank you Larissa, Sofía and Raquel for a lovely dinner.

Breakfast was just ok. The fruit was poor. Should’ve had melon and the oranges were sour as was the fresh orange juice. Need more whole grain bread

Local restaurants booked up, so we ate at the Parador main restaurant. Their restaurant was expensive (small portions, lack of complimentary vegetables, we paid €5.60 for two pieces of dry bread that we thought were complimentary!) Restaurant service was slow and disappointing. No English menu available. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Free parking on site. Experience of staying in a grand old ”castle“. Breakfast was great. Close to the local small town.

The breakfast organisation is chaotic. We had to eat in the third shift and the breakfast-room looks like a war has taken place. All the tables are left dirty and we were send to a dirty table, new plates on and all the rest of the previous guests stays on the table. The staff is not interested and doesn't care about the customer they forget to bring your order of coffee or eggs.

The location and surroundings are beautiful. Is is special to stay in a historic castle.

It was great to spend a night in an actual castle, we felt like kings and queens, almost felt the history in our veins.
