The hotel was empty and we got a room with 2 single beds and could of easily had a room with a double bed. The room was very dusty, the sitcom vents were clogged with dust, there was no mini fridge.

There was nothing not to like.

Good value halfboard stay. It’s the second time we have used this hotel as a first stop over on our drive back to the UK from the Algarve. After leaving the hotel we realised I had left something in the safe and when I rang Estelle the receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful so a big thank you to her.

The worst welcome after a long trip, receptionist was the rudest I've ever met, nobody at the reception at my arrival, after waiting 20min at reception a girl storms out without greeting or saying anything to me. She took my passport and rally fast checked me in without speaking to me and. By just writing room number on a piece of paper, I asked where should I go and with temper attitude I was told where. She spelt my name wrong on the paperwork and she didn't want to change it. I never came across such an ignorant receptionist, she obviously hate her job, maybe they should employ somebody that wild appreciate it more. I was shocked the way she was going around like she owned the place. I was here for business and will never come back to this hotel. (Small girl with glasses)

The room smelled of smoke which was very disappointing. They have a children's indoor play area, which after 5 hours in the car would have been a great way for my two to burn off steam, however unfortunately it is only open on Saturday and Sunday after lunch.... Prime siesta time, and always when we were out and about enjoying Madrid. I had booked the hotel specifically because it had childrens facilities, so for me this was a complete deal breaker and I will never go back to the hotel. Evening meal was ok but I felt very awkward having two small children in a very romantic setting, again it didn't feel family friendly but after the journey I was wanting a quick meal and to go to bed so our options were limited. I have stayed in fabulous family friendly hotels in Spain over the past 5 weeks and this was most certainly not one of them for me.

Nice spacious room and parking right outside. A good selection for breakfast with plenty of options to feed fussy children

Fantastic value half board option, the evening meal includes a bottle of wine and a bottle of water.
