Luck of coffee facilities in the room, no bar fridge, small TV screen and no international channels, i.e inglish, French, etc

The friendliness of all staff working there. There are the best value of this hotel.

I found the room rather cold apart from one night when I got home and the central heating was full on. However I hadn't mentioned it being cold so it was my fault!

Maria the owner was fantastic. She recommended 2 small local restaurants which were excellent and a hairdresser nearby who I was pleased with. She also was very kind in allowing credit on a breakfast I had paid for a 2nd person who did not accompany me.

Great for a place to sleep at night, very clean and bed very comfortable. Stayed in a single room and while not a huge space it was exactly what I needed.

Snug and comfortable hotel in a very convenient location

The words that first come to mind about my room are comfortable and snug. I had all the basics--and a few extras such as a comb and hair dryer and a wonderful book to peruse about Cantabria (some places I've stayed don't offer these). The location was very good--easy walk to the aquarium, historical buildings, and good restaurants. Sometimes there was a bit of noise from the alleyway below, but by bedtime, all was quiet. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were what made this place a stand-out.

Great location but difficult to find parking especially when arriving when it was dark although there is a car park nearby. This costs 11 euros for 24 hours with a ticket that you can get from hotel before you check out. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The single room was small but clean and comfortable. Although it is a little bit worn it represented value for money.

Probably the best located place in town, with lovely view.

Weekend-nights are very noisy and long (people stay out and enjoy their drinks and each other's company until VERY late) - however, the location and the view may compensate. No fridge - a real shame.

Probably the best located place in town, with lovely view. Plenty of storage room. The old city-centre is just a few steps away. You can walk to Playa San Lorenzo beach in five minutes.

Excellent family-run hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed, including referring me to a shop for a jewelry repair. Hotel's café had great food, including fresh fruit, and was convenient with a nice view and friendly patrons.

Beware young people hanging out partying loudly in the square just south of the hotel. On my Friday night stay I could hear them yelling until 6AM.
