Check in took almost an hour and was very frustrating, Got there at 22.30h, no one at the reception, contacts were difficult, conection fall, than there were some confusion with my room number so on so on... Truth be told, the next day some friends joined me, got there while reception was open, it all went well.

The checkout process was slightly chaotic, though I’ve yet to experience a smooth one in Spain. It seems every property uses apps and WhatsApp now to “ease” the checkin, but things get complicated when the app is broken or when you arrive at night and have no idea how to get into the building, as we did. All was resolved but I implore Spanish property managers to go back to a more personalized – or at least simpler – methodology, and I say this as a tech-savvy person in their 30s.

We specifically selected this hotel because we were driving out of Madrid (toward the south) right from the airport, so it was the perfect location for being a 20-minute drive from the airport (vs. going further into the city) and being able to hop right on the highway for Andalusia. Property was very clean and well decorated, with a comfortable bed, and conveniently located near many cafes for breakfast as well as ~10 mins from a Costco to load up on water etc. All in all, I’d recommend this for anyone doing as we did: arriving in Madrid by air for a larger road trip.

A little further to the metro station

The property and staff are awesome, there was a misunderstanding about the payment, but it got solved afterwards. We really enjoy the time there. Close to supermarkets and train.

Very clean, very big, located in a very good neighborhood. The building is secured, they provided us with a remote access to the main entrance of the building which was so cool. Our flat was in the ground floor. It was a private car parking in the basement. They respond very quickly via WhatsApp if you need anything. It was a coffee machine and everything you may need in the kitchen except washing machines are in the basement. Highly recommended and definitely will stay again.

Keys. Only one key given , no backup and no support in the night. We missed the key in the night and had to call Booking.com support to get support. Finally after many hours we got support , thanks to support staff who helped us through the night. Finally we were charged additional for the temporary room and for losing the key. Which is unfair - when the business model should have thought about these kinds of scenarios when they do not have late night support.

Clean, bright and spacious rooms. Had a modern design. Well lit rooms. Comfortable for a family with 2 older kids. Did like the automatic opening of gates from mobile. Though a bit clumsy to install and setup, it worked ok.

The area around the hotel was a little dirty and run down but I still felt safe. Coffee pods should be provided for the extent of your stay, I appreciated the "gift" of extra pods once I asked.

The room was very nice and very clean. The location wasn't too bad to get into the city as some have complained about.

The apartment we got was so clean and well organized, thanks for the hospitality they offered. The kitchen tools are more than enough. The bed is so comfortable. All the details are enough to make us recommend this hotel apartment. I would like to highlight the quiet neighborhood, the high standard of security, and easy access to the apartment at the same time. The location is far from the CBD, but do not worry, the metro station, bus stop, and train station are so close.
