Shower head not good, basin waste pipe blocked, pillows uncomfortable, no mats on cold tiled floor.

Closer to the town would have been good.

Very friendly lady on reception, she put some food in their fridge for us (Lidl just across the road!). Hotel was easy to find. Some areas of the building look a bit tired but our room was very spacious and clean. Great shower! Nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Restaurant didn't appear to be open but we ate in town anyway. Lovely restaurants in the old part.

Breakfast, typically Spanish. Ham and cheese. Even Spanish Bacon would do, with a couple of eggs. Opted for toast and coffee and orange juice.

Staff were really nice. Easy to find. Clean.

The hotel, in general, was very tired looking and could do with more attention to detail.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Easy to find close to the travel route. Sufficient for overnight stay.

Wifi signal varied. There is a bar in the cafeteria but it was cold, so no one used it.

On the outskirts of Requena old town the hotel has parking. I had a large room on the 3rd floor with good bathroom. For around 12€ you can have a reasonable evening meal in the restaurant where there was a welcoming log fire. The buffet breakfast was ample. The family & staff are friendly & helpful.

    It's right on the highway.
    • Business trip
    • Solo traveller

Entrance is a bit hard to find, since there's a "Salones Patilla" sign pointing down the road before the hotel itself.

It's right on the highway. If you know where to find it, it's easily accessible. Oddly, not a lot of highway noise though. Whatever they did to cancel noise, it works wonders. The food (calamari) was high quality for the low price. Beds were firm, but not hard. Bathtub was small, but not ricidulously so. All in all, an excellent place to stay for a few nights.

You will need to drive into town if you plan on visiting it.

The rooms are impressively nice for the cost per night. There is a nice grocery store down the street. There are also many mechanics near by which came in handy for me. I would stay again if I found my self in the area.
