Lovely bargain hotel for an off season trip. It's a basic no frills hotel but everything was clean, the room was spacious and the location was unbeatable. We were right on the beach with a large balcony overlooking the ocean.

Not a problem in summer but a bit of a pain in late October, the restaurant is not open in the evening and nearby restaurants won't allow pet dogs - even Assistance Dogs - inside.

Alicia on reception was extremely helpful organising a visit to the clinic for a prescription. The hotel does not look great from the street but its secret is the sea view - a must have when available and well worth the upgrade!

The shower is not the highest quality and not fixed that tightly to the wall so I couldn't put it on full power, but was perfectly adequate for my needs.

Exceptionally good value for money, this was the second time I stayed and still great. Right by the beach and lovely views from the breakfast room. The rooms are very basic but more than acceptable. When I asked for an iron the staff were very helpful providing me one along with an ironing board.

It was very short stay but we enjoyed a nice room with the sea view. It was very nice from the staff to give us an upgraded. Overall Great location, friendlz and professional staff and very nice stay.

The amazing location with a view over the sea from our room. Large terrace with sun beds . Torreguadiaro is a lovely working Spanish town with plenty of places to eat and a good supermarket for any provisions you may need. Perfect for a walk into sotogrande. We will definitely be back.

We love the location of this hotel, it’s not the first visit. Walking out straight onto the beach cannot be beaten. It’s dog friendly and surrounded by great friendly restaurants.

The bedroom I stayed in could benefit from a little updating, particularly the ceramic tiled floors, but don't let that put you off from staying

I loved the location, right on the beach, hearing the sea, seeing the sun rise from my bedroom. The room & bathroom were both clean & the window had a mosquito net. It's a short walk to Sotogrande Marina & a short distance to Gibraltar by taxi or bus.. The hotel reception, Jesus & Alicia were extremely helpful, ordering taxis, airport transfers, suggesting places to eat & visit. Breakfast was fresh, filling & delicious, Alexandria & Tatiana were always welcoming.

Unfortunately the only down side was where we sunbathed there was lots of ants, but I'm sure that could be Rectified ? So we moved our sunbeds on the beach

It's a basic hotel, but very clean! All staff were friendly and very welcoming, we only stayed here 3 nights and our room was cleaned every day, location was good, plenty of places to eat & drink ( the bar across the road was fab, friendly team, ) The beach was just perfect!( it's a little cove and very private area) We were told if your lucky enough dolphins would sometimes appear unfortunately we didn't see them. Overall our stay was pleasure ! Would recommend....

It’s a two star hotel, but could easily be elevated to a 3 star. The sunbed area needs attention and the bar furniture, but this didn’t detract from our stay.

The hotel is no frills, but our room was very comfortable, clean and we had a safe, a fridge and air con as well as a beautiful sea view and large terrace with sun beds and chairs and table. It is on the beach and surrounded by fantastic very reasonably priced restaurants. What makes the hotel are the staff that are always trying to help and always with a smile. Thank you to Alicia on reception who never failed to help when we needed it.
