Sound proofing, when other guests came in it was easy to hear every sound.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and closer to all the attractions in the city . It was clean and well maintained !!! I just absolutely loved it !!

The beds were not the most comfy, it was okay for that one night we spent there. The room looks bigger on the pictures than it actually is. The bathroom was a bit smelly.

The location is great, walking distance to most tourist attractions in the city. The little balcony was nice to have some natural light. They have free coffee and tea available in the common area. The self checkin was easy.

The mattress was latex and not very comfortable. Unfortunately other guests were very noisy, slamming doors closed all night (like once and hour until 3/4am). There was also loud TV and other sounds past midnights The room was very stuffy. Very expensive for a 2 star guesthouse. The housekeeper on my checkout day grunted and made faces as I left at 10:30am. She looked very irritated with me for some reason.

Good location. The first housekeeper/cleaner I met day one and two was helpful and delightful.

The enclosed balcony. It was extremely small and the windows opened into the room and I kept on hitting my head. No AC. The 3 entry codes.

It’s always a little more challenging when there is no one on the property. I had to communicate by phone. There were a total of 3 different entry codes which was a little confusing. One for the street door, one for the first floor door and another one for my room. The room was immaculate. The location was great.

We needed to talk to someone who could give us guidance about parking spots, where to go to eat, visit, etc. but there was never someone at the reception. We only met one person at the reception once but he stayed for 10 minutes only. It would be great to have someone to reach out to in the pension directly.

The location of the pension was great, close to the city centre and the beach, and walkable distance to the bus station. The rooms were always clean and provided all that was needed.

Perfect location to go around San Sebastian. Close to shops, bars, restaurant and the sea. The staff was really helpful. I could not get into the pension so I called the emergency number and someone turned up within 10 minutes.

Room a bit on the small side but then we were in only for freshen up and sleep.

It was comfortable and most importantly it was dark and quiet at nights. Very comfortable bed.

there is not locker so if you need locker, you can find another place out of this hotel (there is the locker in the bus station. but it was little bit expensive 5-6euros for 8-12hours i am not sure price and duration ) and bed is little bit uncomfortable ( i think the hotel had better change sagging mattress

location is good it is 1-20 minutes to walk to most of attractions such as bridge. tapas bars. cheese cake shop and so on and all key pads of accommodation is good i was not worried about losing keys and it is easy and comfortable to get inside and it was clean

No reception, nobody around. Claustrophobically small room and bathroom at inflated price.

No breakfast, no reception, no staff. Only the cleaning staff are nice and helpful. A coffee room is nice and location is excellent. Discount at public parking not too far away.

There was no common area for having coffee or a place to sit and read or use electronics. There were problems getting into our room with the code/keypad system. There weren't good instructions on how to use it. You have to activate it then push the numbers and that wasn't clear. We had to call someone to help us.

It was a good location for seeing what we wanted to see in the city and to visit our family. We liked that there was air conditioning when the weather was hot.
