Our bathroom was very smelly, possibly due to the old building pipes

Good location, comfy beds

Room had a stench which could not get rid of despite opening the windows. Shower head was mouldy and no hot water! Check in was not smooth as their reception was only open at certain times.

Fantastic location in the centre Friendly welcoming staff Very clean with plenty of toiletries available Cafe on the bottom floor, we didn't use it but it seemed busy so I assume it was nice I see a few reviews have commented on the noise level, if you bring earbuds like I do regardless then you will sleep fine. But if other guests are slamming doors and walking around very loudly you will hear it, but that is down to the guests themselves not being considerate rather than the fault of the hotel (so don't be that person) Overall I recommend, good value!

WiFi wasn't the best, it was quite slow and cut off quite a lot..not a big issue for us as we spent the majority of the day outside of the hotel. Although they do have three different options of Wi-Fi available, so I suppose it depends on your room. Pillows are a bit flat and could be comfier but the bed was very comfy otherwise

Overall the place is nice and everything was smooth sailing (with one exception, see below). The location is excellent.

There is a strong sulphide smell throughout the building, including inside our room! This is a problem in many areas of Valencia, but still, a solution should be found for within the hotel itself. We told reception, who were obviously aware of it (since they said use an ozone box) but didn't really act like they cared. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. There are other temporary fixes that could have been explored, like putting candles in the rooms, so this is a massive failure on their part. Also, for the price, I would probably expect a minifridge in the room.

The room had a terrible smell which I informed reception of and went about my day. Upon returning to the room, I found an ozone generator plugged in. About 5 minutes later I started coughing and had throat and lung irritation. I researched online what an ozone generator was and learnt that I should turn it off immediately because it should not be used with people in the room, hence my coughing. I had sore lungs for the rest of the night. The smell was gone, but it seems like someone forgot to turn the generator off before I got back to my room :(

Very cute Hotel, very central in Valencia. The reception is not covered 24/7 but very easy check during the times. Doesn't have an elevator (2/3 floor). The room is relatively sound-sensitive, but we had quiet “neighbors” and got a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning works well, though it’s a bit loud—just like the ventilation. Since the reception isn’t always staffed, you can’t leave your luggage there after checkout, but there are good lockers nearby. Great value for the location—we’d definitely come back! :)

No lift

Excellent location, the room was air-conditioned with very comfortable beds.

It was alright for us, but you must use the stairs as there is no lift, no problem.
