Was cold in room. 1 Battery worked instead 2. But there was warm cover. No parking near.

The walls and floor were not sound proof, thus it woke us up in the middle of the night when other guests arrived home after a party. Also the sound from the pipes were unusually loud. Even though they don't specify what the breakfast includes, it was a little surprising that we could not make many choices ourselves, where bread and jam vs bread and tomato was the available ones, included in the "breakfast included" price.

The staff were really helpful, we got a lot of good tips for the trip, and they were always nice and willing to help. They have a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy a splendid view of the cathedral, the Alhambra and the rest of the city. They had no problem with keeping our things before checkin and after checkout for us to enjoy our stay more comfortably.

Shated bathroom, no lift, very noisy at day and night. We were allocated the room next to the exit towards the terrace, continuous coming and going noisy people.

Reception, breakfast for 3 euros extra.

Bed was too soft. Sank right in. No A/C so had to open the window but noise from the street carries on until 1am so had to close window and resort to a fan. Again it was a very cheap stay so value wise its worth it.

Great location and very good price. Breakfast was basic but very tasty - if they gave anymore they'd probably be running at a loss.

Extremely pleasant and helpful at reception. A good location near the cathedral which seemed quite populated and safe even late at night. I was lucky enough to experience the Corpus festivities happening in the streets and cathedral of this vicinity in early July. There are several plazas with many decent bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. It's close to Gran via Colon for shops and access to buses etc and to Plaza Isobel la Catolica where you catch the C33 bus to the Alhambra. Not far to walk to any of the other quarters or even back down the hill from the Alhambra (30 mins). There's a bonus rooftop terrace with views. The room was perfectly acceptable as a single budget room, and had a decent private bathroom.

The room wasn't that pleasant, very cold for the time of the year. My laptop's screen is bigger than the TV in the room, but at least it has a TV. The toilet could be cleaner it simply was a little uncomfortable to use. The toilet bin has to have a lid.

Exceptionally well located. It's very close to the centre of the city and the cathedral. Very nice restaurants and bars close.

No elevator; had to climb 5floors dragging a luggage and toward top floor - very narrow & winding.. could easily skid/slide - very tight..

We had no issues at this accommodation. We had a double room with private bathroom. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, with smiles on their faces. Proximity to all the sights and public buses was a real benefit. We would stay again.

don’t have elevators you need to carry bags 2 or 3 floors. and the most irritating was door lock.it was too hard to open and lock the door even It hurts my fingers many times. please change your locks rest everything was ok..🙏🏼🙏🏼

the area is right in the centre next to the cathedral and Plaza de la Trinidad, which is a very nice green lively little square with cafés and local people. The bed was clean and comfortable, the room was simple but clean and had all I needed, the toilet was also clean, shared with the whole floor. very friendly staff the roof terrace is so beautiful and with wonderful views nice tables and chairs and you can hang out watching the roofs of granada. the only thing was that if you have a lot of luggage be aware that there is no lift and to get to the 4th floor is a challenge!
