The location was amazing, right in downtown. The hotel lounge was very nice and the room as clean and confortable with enough room to put your things. It was not noisy.

The room was very clean and quiet at night. We woke up with the sun, and in the middle of Cordoba, making it very easy to explore everything on foot. The host was very kind and helpful. We would be happy to return!

The location is excellent, easy to reach by bus from autobus station, and close to all interesting spots for visiting. The owners are very nice, and courtyard is super cute, rooms are quiet.

The guesthouse is located in a quiet part of the old town, 5 minutes from the Mezquita, the room facing the courtyard was perfect for a good night's sleep. The house can be reached from the station by public transport (city bus no. 3). Thank you for a peaceful stay.

The friendliness upon arrival really won me over from the get-go. The location is really convenient, while also being quiet. Often, when you arrive at a more "heritage" property like this that's been converted, the rooms can be a bit of a disappointment, but here their modern feel speaks to convenience and simple comfort.

towels could do with an upgrade . lack of outdoor common-use space ( not an issue in the winter). hot water took a while to get to shower, but I was warned, so no problem.

Attractively presented cosy little room with good en-suite. It was very cold when I was in Córdoba but the room had a very effective radiator. All spotlessly clean and quiet at night. Extremely good central position and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend for an authentic experience.

Great location in the old town. Near to all sightseeing. Very nice old house and sunny room. There was heating. The room is basic but we did not miss anything. The check in was easy, the reception is working so several hours.

While our stay at Pension El Portillo had its positive aspects, there were a couple of concerns. The WiFi connection in our room was notably weak, making it challenging to establish a reliable connection. Additionally, we found it unfortunate that there was no information provided about the possibility of accessing the rooftop or the option to make our own tea or coffee in the common area. Such details would have enhanced our overall experience.

Our stay at Pension El Portillo was a unique and delightful experience. The building and interior design were not only distinctive but also incredibly Instagram able, adding an extra layer of charm to our visit. The location, in close proximity to the mosque cathedral and other tourist attractions, made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. We also appreciated the thoughtful details such as the provision of shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap, which added to our convenience. Additionally, the comfort of the pillows provided was noteworthy, contributing to a restful and enjoyable stay.

For my two days stay all was wonderful. The travelers by car should take into account that in Cordoba there are quite narrow streets and you should select the right direction to access the pension easier.

Very lovely place to stay, with so heartwarming space in a traditional Spanish mood. Kind and welcoming host. Easy check in. I have been allowed to leave luggage for longer period after check out. The pension is in the part of old city and all attractions are on a walking distance.
